I have a shopping gallery with 10 stores. Each store has its own owner. Each store has a different assortment and sells different products. I would like to create one online store where all stores would sell their products.

1. Will each store have a separate administrative account for the panel? 2. Will the email about this be sent to the owner of the store when the customer places the order? 3. What if a customer buys one product from store X and another from store Y? Who will receive the email? 4. What is the situation with the payment configuration? Who receives the payment when one product is bought from store X and the other from store Y?

We have been trying to download the Flatsome WP theme from Themeforest, however, each time we get a Virus warning. I have notified Themeforest and they say the theme is being downloaded from outside their servers, I guess this is yours then?

I have attached the AVG Pro warning.

Also, the Flatastic token is not working. The site is on one website (a temp domain at the moment… https://andrewe30.sg-host.com/ – we want to update the theme because we’re having all sorts of issues with elements not loading, like on the home page – if you can take a look you will see a lot of code which has suddenly appeared.

Just tried to raise a support ticket about the problems on your Themeforest download and I’m told I need to pay to raise a support ticket!!! This isn’t right… your service isn’t available at the moment and this is the only way we can get in touch with you.

Hi. We have tried downloading the theme with our paid access… each time we are prevented due to a virus on your download… so far, testing all other downloads are okay, except yours. Also, the personal API token system isn’t working either. I’ve reported this to Themeforest and they say it’s a problem with the download to your server – it has a trojan on it.

And can i show for each user only the articles near of him? Could be a tag with the city and show only the articles in each category with this tag?

Hello i have sent you many messages you never reply .The theme is facing A lot of issues and ever since i try to fix them myself. You keep promissng to fix the issue but you never do . It’s been months .

Ever since your made the theme compatible with Dokan , these are the new errors the theme is facing that i just found.

1 when the A new user goes to the my-account page , the theme shows the visitor the ””Vendor registration form ”” with the wrong checkbox instead of rather showing the visitor the ””i am a customer registration form”” first This is the image of wrong form https://pasteboard.co/ILie4aA.jpg

2 The ””Terms & Conditions”” checkbox only appears for new registration for sellers. that means new regular users (i am a customer) cannot register because the checkbox ””Terms & Conditions”” is not avaible for them to click . here is the issue https://pasteboard.co/ILihZtk.jpg

3- When a new User registers ,well there is no message informing the the new user that a confirmation email has been sent . The page reloads just like that without any notice.

4- Is there a way to add new column to the registration form example like AGE , Height and others ?

Can you please look and fix into this because there wasn’t these kind of issues before.

Is there an area in the admin where the login/register page can be changed? If not how to put a custom register-form in this theme?

Can I see the vender’s dashboard page?

Hi. I noticed today that my company logo is no longer showing up on my website. I believe this is a recent error and everything else on the website seems to be fine. I’ve been trying to fix this issue through the Theme Options, but unfortunately this feature doesn’t seem to be working, I only get a blank white box with nothing showing up. Anyone else experience this?

I am using ithemes security which is working fine but i have only one Issue . i keep getting this error (attached photo) https://pasteboard.co/IsFQfzV.jpg ajax login keeps giving me this error. Actually ithemes security sends login email confirmation to users but since Ajax login doesn’t show this message users can’t login or confused .
