I’ve been using Hazel for many years, but now that I wanted to implement Woocommerce I noticed that my licence is ONLY for the product that I bought back then.

Does this mean that I have to purchase a whole new licence if I need to have an updated version of Hazel?

Hello – I note this theme has not been updated since December 2019 and the bundled plugins are all out of date. Before I renew my support licence, are you going to be updating this theme very soon (within a month) or has it been discontinued? Thanks.

Hello,

WpBakery seems very limited now I don’t have:

1. frontent editor 2. responsiveness settings 3. Visibility controls for elements

I see that the last time this theme was updated was last year!

Is this not being supported anymore?

Good Morning! We are from the Carcará Agency in Brasília. And one of our customers has had this theme installed for about 4 years – https://studiosandramartins.com.br/ But after the automatic update of Wordpress to version 5.5.1 the site is losing ranking in Google. And it started showing many errors in the fonts of the theme, from WPBakery Page, even the icons of the theme are causing some type of error. Is there any possibility of modernizing this theme for the new version of Wordpress? Or the project has been completely discontinued! At the moment we are working really hard on updating all our themes so it will for sure be updated soon.

But if you need an immediate update of any of the plugins, please send us a mail to helpcenter@qodeinteractive.com providing your purchase code in it and one of our support agents will provide you with latest versions.

Also we do see that you are using an outdated version of the theme. Yours is 4.2 and the latest one released is 4.3 so please consider updating your theme and its plugins according to our tutorial here.

Hello,

I’ve been a happy customer with your theme, its been great.

But I’ve noticed a small issue and hopefully you can assist.

I have added a header top right text widget and I’d like this widget to be hidden on responsive view. Can you assist with this? Currently its distorting the header area when viewed on mobile devices.

Could you please be more specific as once we check this on our end the elements are displaying perfectly fine. The theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and you can always try to update WordPress through FTP.

I seem to be having issues with the Hazel Core plugin. I updated it and now my slider from Slider Revolution plugin isn’t loading on the pages until I hit refresh. When I deactivate the Hazel Core plugin, the pages load the slider, but obviously that won’t work due to the issues of not having the plugin. Working on installing the older versions of the plugin to see if it helps. Wanted you to know.

Once we check we could see that your theme is not updated as it should. The latest version of the theme is 4.3 and Hazel Core version is 1.0.4

So please update the theme and its plugins according this tutorial.

You are seeing a working version because I had to restore it back to a previous version of our site from a backup with our host, but it is now missing multiple site changes. It seems to coincide with the Wordpress Update, but reverting it back to a previous version doesn’t help… strange. The only thing that helps (after having tried, older database, older WP versions, deactivating plugins, etc) has been to deactivate Hazel Core…but that isn’t a fix. If I can’t keep it fixed I will have to re-puchase support with you.

Really like your theme (Hazel -> Norah version) but I’m wondering if it’s possible to have the entire portfolio under each project? I mean when you click on a portfolio project I don’t see how to go easily to another project, for me the ideal way to do it is to have the portfolio under the project I’m viewing, and that’s how I want to navigate in the portfolio, but I don’t see this possibility. Coul you tell me if you made it possible? or if you created another easy way to navigate in the portfolio? (for now the only option I see is coming back to the homepage and choosing another project, which is a very complex and heavy navigation). Thanks!

You should know that within our Portfolio single items you do have templates that are already predefined when it comes to the layout. However you do have an option to set the template to a Portfolio Custom which will give you the ability to build your Portfolio single item with WPBakery and our themes shortcodes, so you could create the layout containing first the single portfolio item details and add a Portfolio list after that will list all your portfolio items. So this is possible for sure however we do not have this presented on our demo website. Do let us know if you have any additional questions.

I am very interested in this theme. However, I have no experience with websites (installing) or editting, and I will be the person doing both tasks. Is this theme elementor compatible? If not, how easy is to change colours to my company’s colours or reduce elements in the landing page to reduce its length, for example?

You can check our themes documentation so you can get a better grip on how the theme is functioning and what possibilities you do have with our theme.

You can for sure within our themes options change the colors as well as if you import our demo content, you will get all our theme demo pages which you can customize to your needs. You can for sure remove or add any element using our themes shortcodes and WPBakery page builder plugin. Our theme does not come with Elementor at this point and it is compatible with WPBakery plugin.
