I have an issue in “Latest post” element, in all type settings. Unfortunately, there’s no option to change portfolio category slug through theme options.
Changing portfolio category slug is custom coding, and we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers.

Hi, I am having a conflict with the UltimateMember Plugin. I tried disabling all the other plugins one-by-one and the problem only went away after I switched to a different theme. What happens is the pages (created by UM) load but cannot be seen unless I reload the page. The cursor indicates the entry fields are there but you cant see them until you reload or refresh the page. Can you please help me resolve this issue? Thanks – Ryan

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there’s nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.

Hi,
I moved the site to a new server, enabled PHP 7.x, uploaded SSL, etc. Finally, I wanted to upload a new Strata theme. I downloaded the installation files package and overwritten the old files. I received an email saying that the skin causes a conflict. The page after the theme update looks like the screenshot. This is a template page which can not be changed within the themes options, you could however add some custom CSS to achieve the layout you prefer or simply edit the themes file.

How do I change the format of the post date?
Right now it displays as: 12:44 28 January
But it should display as: January 28, 2019 12:44 (or no time…)

How do I change the colors of the buttons on the demo import?

I have another issue though. I’m trying to use Content Menu Row on mobile, and when clicking on the menu content item it scrolls to the block lower than the one that’s supposed to.

We try to update your theme from V. 2.7 to Version 3.1. Unfortunately, it results in a loss of some the settings and functions, so that we need to downgrade it back to version 2.7. Is there any chance to update the theme without those issues (maybe step by step update)?
If yes, could you provide us a guide or something similar, how we should update the software?

We are sorry to hear you’ve experienced trouble doing latest theme update. Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: – first update our theme, here are instructions https://themeforest.net/item/strata-professional-multipurpose-theme/6808409/faqs/20216 – then to install/activate our new Strata Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. You’ll see message about this plugin in your dashboard and just follow it in order to install it Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. After finishing update, you are able to activate child theme, too. Also, try just to go to theme options and randomly hit save button in order to generate new static files with options you’ve chosen. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

Hello, thank you for your help! Unfortunately there a still some issues with your theme and the wpbakery builder. Our page builder is corrupted. Some element-icons are broken. Actually there is no working ‘Tab’ Element anymore.. ? Most of the Elements do not work.

I already contact the wpbakery Support and they said: “The issue is because the setup at your end is using custom elements added by the theme developer. The theme developer has disabled the standard page builder elements using vc_remove_element at your end. You can get in touch with the theme developer so that he can guide you with the custom elements added by him. The old tab elements were deprecated over 3 years back and the replacement tabs were added. But the replacement tabs are not available at your end as they are disabled by the theme developer.”

Hello, the “old-Tab” function worked well now. But the Icons are still broken (like here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18hExs8SGm98oOKwkjU8k3jQ82bXspxrR/view ) But you still blocking some elements from WPBakery. Like the support said: “The theme developer has disabled the standard page builder elements using vc_remove_element at your end.”

Thanks When it comes to some elemnts and params that are removed, well yes, we included WPbakery in state that is fully compatiible with our theme, so some stuff are removed. In latest theme update we included WPbakery 5.7 and you’ve updated it to 6.0.3 version https://www.screencast.com/t/g4QX8YKhk7wI Please, note it is not recommended to do plugins updates until we release new theme version where is included compatibility for it. Just try to install/activate version 5.7 you’ve gotten with our theme.
