Hi Sorry for the double post, just wanted to be sure we was both on the same page, can this theme be altered to disable the continue reading option and just display the full article and can you disable the auto loading of posts onto the page and just keep posts separate on their own pages. Cheers

The Continue Reading button feature is separate from the Auto Load Posts Feature, and both are optional features that can easily be toggled on/off from within the Theme Options.
the Reviewer Plugin and theia poster slider is asking for license. do i need to purchase it separately? or this zox theme works without license ?

My client purchased this theme and I’m working on his website. I use the Fashion 1 theme skin. On the home page, the latest featured post image (the bigger one on the left) scrolls up immediately with the featured posts images on the right. On your demo site, that latest featured post image sticks a little bit while the images on the right scrolls up and then move up. That’s a neat feature. How can I get mine to work like that? Thanks.

Hello, just a quick question to know if a feature exists or not.
Is it possible to globally switch “Show Featured Image In Posts” off, and activate it on per post basis?
I tried it and it’s not working, even though the option is available in the post editing panel: “Featured Image Show / Hide”.

I don’t have any problems paying for support, but that’s when I actually need a support and not for inquiries relating to the theme’s functionality.
What if this is a bug on your theme? Will you be happy charging me a cost for helping you identify a bug on your theme or for fixing it?
What I reported to you now doesn’t work, and you may not even know about it.
It works the other way round. When it’s switched on globally, then it can be turned off on per post basis. However, when switched off globally, it doesn’t get switched on, per post basis. You just confirmed that it should work, but it doesn’t. This means that this could be a bug.
I bought the theme a while ago, and just got around to setting it up for the first time. I’m not new to Wordpress themes, so I’m not a novice.
I have questions regarding the functionality of the theme, and I shouldn’t have to pay for them.
I don’t see any provision in the theme’s panel for entering custom css. All premium themes I have used all have it. It’s almost become a standard.
I don’t see anywhere in the theme’s panel to customize the widget / category title slanted-square, or entirely switch it off. I don’t see them in the theme’s documentation either.
These things are not support issues, but guiding the user implement the theme’s basic features.
Please help me address these issues. These are not support issues. If you don’t want to, that’s okay too.
Was it a mistake to have bought the theme earlier on, or you’re practically discouraging potential buyers from buying your theme if they’re not planning to use it immediately within the immediate six months support period. I don’t think you have an earlier six months records of giving me support.

When the “post info” is turned off from th theme panel, it also turns off the publishing date on the post.
This “post info” combines both the date and the user. They ought to be separate so that the user can be switched off, leaving the date on the post, or switched off independently.
Is this possible?
Both post date and category title are displayed on the homepage post preview. Please how can this be switched off? I don’t see any options in the theme to switch them off.

Support includes help with setting up the theme and addressing any bugs you may run into. And since the things you are referring to are not bugs with the theme, yes, you will need to renew your support in order to receive help with them.
The theme does come with a Custom CSS section, and the theme also allows you to both set the Featured Image on/off globally as well as individually. And yes, the function works properly. So, if you are having difficulty using the function, that does qualify as support.

Support is not help with setting up the theme. The theme documentation and tutorials (if they exist) should do that.
Basic things like removing date stamp, changing the slant shape, and similar configurations should be included in the documentation and not considered as support.
People should be able to buy your theme and use it, without consulting your support for setting it up, unless that’s your intention or business model. Heck, people even use free themes straight out of the box, and we’re talking of a supposed premium theme.
Support is when something doesn’t seem to work when it should, or a client needs custom solution. If the issue is due to the user’s incompetence, then you’re done. You can charge to fix it, if you want to. However, if it’s a fault from your theme, then you have an obligation to fix it. But, how would you know if you don’t even care to check, unless you’re paid.
I see you’re absolutely indifferent that a paid client isn’t able to use your product, and much more concerned with extra payment.
Anyway, it’s rather unfortunate that you preferred not to address my concerns. I just got back to the theme to try and set it up, and it’s very much not intuitive. I asked earlier with regards to installing this theme on an existing website, and you responded that the documentation handles that. So far, it’s a nightmare.
I’ll document my experience, for the benefit of others.

Nearly 4,000 people have purchased this theme, and the vast majority are able to set up and customize it via the documentation. But just like literally any theme that has ever been created, some customers need additional help. That is where support comes in. And as you and I have both stated, support also exists to report bugs.
What you are claiming are bugs are not actually bugs.
This is a pretty simple situation where your support expired and now you need help with something. Had you simply submitted a Support ticket in the first place instead of broadcasting your issue in this comment section, I likely would have just helped you with your issues and this wouldn’t have even been a problem. But I can’t allow every customer to receive support even after it expires, and publicly stating that I would make an exception for you would mean I would have to make an exception for everyone else who reads this as well.
Next time, maybe it would behoove you not to broadcast your issue and simply submit a support ticket.

please do you have any resource or guide on how to install this theme to an existing website with content. It won’t be possible to use your demo / dummy content for initial setup as the website is live.
I bought this theme a while ago, and this is the main reason I haven’t switched since then. Now that Covid-19 has forced us to be home, I guess it’s the best time to do the switching.

That site made a few custom changes to the theme to get the site to look like that. I can only guarantee that the theme can look like the theme demo, but you can certainly make changes to the colors and widgets that are displayed on the homepage in order to get the theme to look very close to that site.
Yes I know about going to appearance > theme option > then styling colours. That’s not what I’m talking about definitely, I am taking about the arrangement.

The theme is plenty fast, but whatever issues there are with regard to the speed of the theme are related to the demo server and not the theme itself. If you run the GTMetrix or Google PageSpeed, each of the recommended upgrades are related to the server and not anything related to the theme. So, while I will always look for ways to improve the theme speed as well as my server speed, I can assure you that this theme is very fast and efficient.
