Hi there, I have used you theme a lot of times and I am trying to use it for a demo at the moment – I am having a lot of issues with it. Is this due to an update or are there new issues that are happening. Normally is goes very smooth for me. Mike

We are not aware of any issues with the theme. First make sure you have installed, activated and updated all plugins. Also, if you use the child theme make sure to update it as well.

For the mo I have to renew support, thought I would not have an issue. Can PHP be a problem. I might go to a new clean set up I think, but will leave till start next week.

The last child theme update was to meet Envato’s new WordPress theme requirements. We always try not to make changes to the child theme but sometimes it is inevitable.

You can copy a page by following these steps:
1. Create a new page (for SiteOrigin Page Builder mode)
2. Click the “Layouts” button at the top of the page builder
3. Inside the modal click the “Clone: Pages” tab
4. Click on the page thumbnail that you want to copy
5. Click the blue button in the bottom right corner and choose “Replace current”
Another option is to install the Duplicate Page plugin and a “duplicate” link will be available under the page title in the Pages tab

its possible to modify the header title “Gallery” (in my gallery pages) and its possible to have a sidebar. I can modifiy pabe subtitle but not the title himself, my site is in french i need “Galerie”

I noticed the Advanced Custom Fields Pro plugin that came bundled with your theme has not been tested with the latest version of Wordpress yet. We have been experiencing some issues that could be related to this. Is it safe for us to update from 5.8.6 to 5.8.7?

Yes, you can update the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin to the latest version. Our theme demo is also running the latest version.
Thanks. I just tried to update it but received the following message: “An error occurred while updating Advanced Custom Fields Pro: Update package not available.”
Does this mean we need to renew our support license in order for us to update the plugin?
The plugin can be updated by deactivating and deleting the current ACF PRO plugin from your WordPress installation. Then you can install the latest version via Appearance -> Install Plugins

By default the theme is using the SiteOrigin Page Builder. The Elementor page builder is also compatible, only not for the demo importer.

Support provided me with awesome help and the problem was a third party plugin that I figured out how to properly configure.

- Please navigate to the plugin folder on your server and delete the Advanced Custom Fields folder (path to folder: wordpress/wp-content/plugins/).
- Update the theme to the latest version. - After updating the theme install the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin via Appearance > Install Plugins.
I did what you suggested! And now my home slider is gone!!!! After installing plugin again ( Advanced Custom Fields from Elliot Condon) nothing appears!!
I want back my home slider as soon as possible!
All this mess began as I updated the theme. Means, every update are hours of work for me?

This is the result of the new WordPress theme requirements from Envato. When you update the theme from version 1.6.1 or below to the latest theme version there will be a notice about this plugin at the top of the admin area: https://cl.ly/7e3f90bd90fd.
Although I fully understand your feeling there is, unfortunately, no way for us to communicate this to our customers through the update process of ThemeForest.

The Download Manager plugin loads their own Bootstrap JavaScript file on the website which caused a conflict with the theme one.
Under Downloads -> Settings -> User Interface you can switch to version 3.0 and/or check the checkbox to disable the Bootstrap JS.
That will fix the issue.
When I click on a picture in the gallery, the picture is enlarged, but there are no arrows (buttons) to move to the next picture right and left. only the off button comes out. How can I fix.

I bought the theme from a friend who bought it from you, so I don’t have a purche code.
The account that purchased the theme get the license and purchase code and has access to the support desk and theme updates.
If you don’t purchased the theme directly from ThemeForest you need to ask the purchase code from your friend, or your friend need to seek out for support.

Some Widgets are not saving at ALL! We have updated an old site from 1.1.1 to 1.8.0 and now to 1.8.3. Some widgets like QT-Brochure are not saving. We have tried deactivating all but the required plugins and no change. Has anyone encountered the same problem and maybe has found a solution?

The issue was, indeed, caused by an older version of “The Landscaper Toolkit” plugin. If this plugin (and ACF PRO) plugin do not update it need to be done manually because they’re bundled with the theme and not publicly available.

hello dream team, I bought slider revolution to insert it on the template to display a youtube video, after selecting the “alternative Alternative Slider front” the meta box is displayed above the page creation grid, I add the Id of the slider but nothing is displayed, did I miss something thanks for your help.

My support expired but have a question hopefully you have an answer for so I can resolve the issue.
When trying to update ACF Pro, I get an error, “Update package not available.” Current version I have running is 5.8.0 and the recent version is 5.8.7. AFC Pro was also updated with the theme back in November but it’s not updating via required packages. The theme itself is up to date, the Landscaper Toolkit and so is Wordpress.
Any solutions that you might know of that can help me with this situation?

I’m trying to add the shortcode [wpml_language_selector_widget] within the theme options > Bottom footer middle text.
But the shortcode is not rendering. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

Hi Jhon,
By default the bottom footer textarea’s only allows plain text and HTML, shortcodes are not rendered in these fields.
