There are a lot of errors in your code, please update the theme because it’s not working: I found that this error might be caused by the jQuery event-aliases like .load(), .unload() or .error() that all are deprecated since jQuery 1.8. So they need to be updated by your side: renewing support for a problem like this is not required as you should give to people a working product.

It means that you do have the option to choose to use either WPBakery or Elementor plugin, as well as you will be able to import the demo content with either one of the plugins. You can use one of those plugins to build your website with our themes shortcodes always.

Well, WPBakery is our main and official page builder with which all our demo content is built, so if you want to achieve the appearance from our theme demo, you’d have to use WPBakery. Our themes are compatible with Gutenberg editor as well.

2. Once it is updated all the features and improvements will be inherited in the child theme as well.

I went to a previous backup and tried to update for the second time but with same errors: https://travel2travel.it/wp-content/themes/backpacktraveler/assets/js/modules/plugins/swiper.min.js.map would be part of the theme but gives a 404 and Instagram cannot reconnect to the account.
There is a problem with JQuery in the theme: there aren’t modified parts but the website is spolied after the update.

Thank you for your response. I am referring to the actual codes that you input into certain widget areas. For example, you guys provided a tutorial on how to add destination posts to the widget area in the top left corner with this link:

Maybe it would be easier to import widgets only since there’s an option for that also. To do that, navigate to BackpackTraveler Dashboard > Import and select import option to widgets https://prnt.sc/rf8u4w.
This way you will get this custom HTML code from our demo.
Please understand that our editors created this with the custom text widget, and we can provide you with instructions on how to do this.
You can also submit a request on our helpcenter and one of our support agents wcan provide you with the widget code.

Hi, I need help setting my “Map with Destinations” to a 1X zoom in on mobile view. Right now, when you load my page on mobile, the map is automatically zoomed out and there is a lot of blank grey space below and above it. I am also finding so many other issues with the theme. For starters, if you are trying to use anything other than the default demo, I get tons of issues with mobile responsiveness and other issues. The theme is impossible to customize unless you can code. The analytics tag does not work either when applied through the backend. Changing colors and fonts through the backend also does not take effect, even though I am not using any caching plugins.
From the point of view of SEO – the theme does not support the H1 tag which is an all-important tag for good search engine optimization. I am surprised to see that the page/post titles are coded in the H3 tag! Not even an H2. This is bewildering.
I got the theme because it looks good, but unfortunately, after trying really really hard to make this theme work, I have given up. And this is coming from an experienced WordPress used who has designed 100s of websites over the past. Looking for a new one now.

Please note that Commercial themes on Theme Forest often offer their own options framework, and they offer a lot of options, functionalities and custom elements, and learning curve can be steep sometimes, especially when you are facing some new theme for the first time. Knowing all that you have to understand that you actually need to experiments with these options and learn some of the, and best practice for that is to actually import theme demo content.
If you are having trouble with demo import, here is a helpful article that can greatly help you in the process.
Also, here is documentation link in case that you didn’t find it in the download package and of course if you need assistance with setting up some layout, elements or you have any other theme related question feel free to ask as you should know that you can always contact our help center and our support team will be more then glad to assist you.
When it comes to h1 tags you should know that they are for sure supported as well as you do have an option to change it within the themes Options. If you do have hard time finding those options, we would appreciate if you could contact ourhelp center and our support team will be happy to provide you with guidance.
