Please first try to remove your server cache and then deactivate it till you are in the development process and then remove your site cache and cache folders under wp-content and wp-content/uploads and then remove your site cache plugins and deactivate it, and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, Hope your issue will solve and if not then please contact your hosting provider and ask to run the backup of your site from 8:00 12th April.
Hello, Recently I have noticed the Porto Studio button doesn’t work in WPBackery. Nothing appear once clicked. I have the last version of porto theme and WPBackery. Can you please check your site console and try to resolve the console issues with your hosting provider and then check again, I hope your issue will solve and if not then please share your site WP Admin and CPanel Login details via our support system so we will check it for you but before please try and check with your hosting provider and make sure to resolve all those console issues warnings first.

Problem is button add to card is too much below for me because is eclipsed by short description of the product.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can not change the default/pre-built Product Page Layout, There is no such Option in the Theme, This requires Customization.
But, If you want to create your own Layout for the Single Product Pages, You can do it using Porto WordPress new Feature, Yes, We proudly announce the latest feature in Porto WordPress called ”custom product layout builder”, First of all, you have to go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product, you will find a new page layout called ”Custom Layout”: https://pasteboard.co/IFTy89J.png , after selecting this, you have to enable product_layout post type in visual composer role manager: https://pasteboard.co/IFTz9YN.png , Then you have to go to the new Custom Post Type ”Product Layout” and add new Layout: https://pasteboard.co/IFTzEPi.png After that, you can now create new product layout using Visual Composer Backend / Frontend editor: https://pasteboard.co/IFTA2q8.png , now save it and again go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and select that layout from there and save changes: https://pasteboard.co/IFTAuFF.png , It will work for you.

Sorry to say that but no this issue is not solved with the latest update, Actually this is because of the Woo update as well, and we are colaborating with Woo on this issue, they delayed in reply on this, that is the reason it is not fixed with this update but hopefully you will find another update of the Theme with in a week with this issue resolved please be patience till that.

|V. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

Can you please make sure that you have activated the Theme properly, and Installed all the Theme required/recommended plugins and deactivated all the third party plugins and check back.
OR
Once please go to Porto >> Theme License and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with the same purchase code and they try to use Porto Studio and after clicking the Porto Studio button you have to wait for few seconds, because it works on Ajax and Ajax will take few seconds to load the data.
Otherwise, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve it for you on your site.

I have tested it in deep and founds the issue, This is because of our dummy content server, Actually when we click on Porto Studio button it runs the Ajax Script to Pop Up that Demo content from our internal/dummy server and that is creating an issue, Ajax is conflicting there, I have confirmed from the development department on this as well and they claimed it and start working on it for solving it, So we will solve it with a new Theme update in a couple of day’s please be patience till that. Really sorry for the inconviniance and thanks for your understanding.

Ok but my host tell me that i can’t have imagemagik on my server cause i haven’t access in root mode, it’s a normal hosting, and not a vps… And you tell that your theme works with any basic hosting. Having access to rrot is not a basic hosting cause you need to manage with the server, and it’s not like a host wich do it for you. How to manage without imagemagik ???

Ok, when i start the wizard it tell me memory limit 128 need 256, but when i go in the information of my host it says that i have php 7.2 and limit is 256 so why wizard don’t recognize the limit ????
