You can’t direct the Soho Hotel booking form to another system, because the form fields would be different names and data would not post correctly. So I recommend you contact the developer of the system you want to use and ask them for their WordPress implementation instructions.

Hi, The themes you have created are just awesome. I think you need to add 2 features to be completed for user requirements
1. WooCommerce Payments – By this user can pay through any Payment Gateways and I think this will be very much user friendly like PayUMoney, RazorPay Payment Gateway
2. Guest’s Details – If user can enter the details of each guest for each room like Room 1 : 2 Guests > Guest 1 Name, Phone, Email, Age etc. ; Guest 2 Name, Phone, Email, Age etc. | Room 2 : 2 Guests > Guest 1 Name, Phone, Email, Age etc. ; Guest 2 Name, Phone, Email, Age etc. It will be helpful for Hotel Owners to collect as much details as they can.

Yes you can set a minimum and maximum quantity for the optional extras, but there is no availability check for them, so if a guest booked 5 spaces you would need to manually change the maximum quantity.

Yes the “events” section was removed, I’d recommend just adding an “events” category to the blog, and you can create a page which only displays blog posts from the “events” category and this can be your events page.

Sorry but there is no way to automatically update from version 1.9.8 since it’s so old (4 years old), if you want to use the new theme you would need to rebuild your website following the new documentation: http://docs.quitenicestuff2.com/sohohotel/
I just want to clarify though, if you’re happy with your current website you do not need to update, the old theme still works fine with the current version of WordPress and will do for the foreseeable future.

Ok, i did not had that other guides so thanks for that.
Had older version off this theme. Now updated to new version. I did not do demo data install because system only let install demo data if i delete all older data. So bad choice. But still after update without demo data, all previous Accommodations are deleted. And if trying to add booking form on front page then slider doesnt show up. Lots of addition work added after that update for me. And i believe I wont get any help before I buy theme again, 2 time?

- Rent of an entire villa, not of the single rooms Therefore skipping the step where is proposing available rooms, in this case we will have one property. Either is available or not.
- “Request booking” and not “book directly” function. We don’t care for the payment online. We want to be able to manually accept bookings.
- Having the calendar in sync with Ical. This means, that if I’m blocking a day on my calendar on the phone I want it to be updated on the website directly.
- Do you have any example that has been done with your theme where I can see the rent on an entire villa?

Either is available or not: You can rent out an entire villa no problem, but it’s not possible to remove step 2 of the booking process, in your case a “room” is your “villa”
2.) “Request booking” and not “book directly” function. We don’t care for the payment online. We want to be able to manually accept bookings: Yes you can switch off all online payments and just receive a email booking request
3.) Having the calendar in sync with Ical. This means, that if I’m blocking a day on my calendar on the phone I want it to be updated on the website directly: Yes you can do this, but you’ll need to use a 3rd party service to sync with Soho Hotel such as the Google Calendar app. So you can run the Google Calendar app on your phone, block the dates on your phone, and then this data will be automatically sent to Soho Hotel and the dates will be blocked on your website accordingly

I realize the demo website is setup more to show a hotel but it has everything you need to do what you’re asking.

All looks promising so far. For option 3, do you know if there is any 3rd party service that will sync Soho theme with calendar for iphone/calendar app?
You can export bookings from Soho Hotel to your iPhone calendar app (no 3rd party app required), but you cannot do it the other way e.g. export bookings from your iPhone to Soho Hotel, because iCal uses a URL to share booking data, and as far as I can see Apple do not provide any iCal URL.
So if you want to be able to add bookings via a phone app, I recommend you use the Google Calendar iPhone app which is free.

Your question is not simple, there is no built in option to do what your asking, it requires custom code. Custom coding isn’t actually even included in the support provided, however I would have done it for you as a gesture of good will if you had opened a support ticket. Hello, Considering buying your theme. Currently testing it out and I’ve come across a bug.
1) I’m at the booking page and I’ve chosen 3 rooms for which i have chosen the type of room as well. It goes forward to payment page. At this point, lets say I chose to edit Room 1’s type so I click on “Edit room” which takes me back to previous page and I choose the new room type. Now I am stuck because it does not move me forward to Payment page. Only if I edit the last room, it moves to next page. Bug?
2) Is there an option to choose the maximum number of people per room? Because in the live preview, I’m able to book a “2 person capacity room” even for 5 adults.
3) Is there an option to charge for extra guests? Like if room rate is 100 $ for 2 people and an extra person can stay in the room for an additional 25$ or so?

2.) Yes a guest limit can be set for all rooms, the text in the demo is just dummy data, it says “2 person capacity room” for all rooms
