Hi, I have a problem with number 1 1.the woocommers says outdated and it has affected few pages now after everything I have done should I delete and reinstall the new updates here ? 2.there is no way to style the header of this theme and the way to even build the site no where to place code and only the templates are fixed ..can you help me with header styles and also how to put codes to make it more lively? also let me know if i need to delete and add new updates

Unfortunately we do not have a theme specially suited for index / quotes presentation – and if you intend to use Finance WP theme for that purpose you will need to use third party plugins since the theme does not offer specific functionality out of the box.

Please make sure that you finance theme, finance plugin and Bold Builder are updated to the latest version. The latest version of the Finance theme and plugin is 1.2.3 and the latest version of Bold Builder is 2.4.9
Once you have updates everything to the latest version, please clear your browser cache and see if the issue persists.

Not all our themes support the same Bold Builder features and elements. Finance theme does not have responsive tab in general and its image element does not have content tab.

Before buyng this template i’ve installed the bold builder editor plugin to check these features. could they being enabled by modifying php files in child theme? Just tell me where to look since i’m a developer.

It’s not that easy unfortunately – these attributes need to be supported on the frontend as well. On the other hand, you can achieve all the functionality of the responsive tab by adding respective bootstrap like classes to desired elements.

but fortunatelly it’s not showstopper, i will manage to personalize it a little bit with css..
...now we notice that the last post element shows the articles in random order and there is no option to choose the ordering criteria neither asc desc, how could we manage this? ...same in the grid element.

The order of the posts should be descending by the publish date. Of course, sticky posts go to the top of the list regardless of the publish date.
You can try reordering the posts either by changing the publish date or by using third party plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/

Hello, we have a website based on old version with Visual Composer. I updated the theme to latest version but can’t get visual composer to be updated, any chance to get the last version of it because website is destroyed if I deactivate it to use the new Bold builder plugin?

Unfortunately, our theme does not include visual composer – it is based on Bold Builder. That is why we can not provide new version of visual composer – if you have it, you have either licensed it on your own or it remained from previously used theme.

Hi there, since the last theme update (1.1.7) I’m getting some 404’s in console for a few CSS files (“print.css” for example). I imagine some files were moved or consolidated? Is this a quick edit? Hi There, The update does fix the 404 issues I was having, but I can’t seem to update the theme without it erasing my settings and widgets. Typically I just rename the old theme and upload the new one. Is the process for this theme different?

No, the process of theme update is not different for the finance theme and usually erasing settings and widgets should not happen. Were you using the child theme prior to the update maybe?

ciao io ho acquistato questo tema, l’ho installato in locale sia con MAMP che con XAMMP, ma una volta che attivo tutti i plugin mi esce scritto questo: ‘Non hai il permesso di accedere a questa pagina.’ Di conseguenza non posso lavorare allo sviluppo, mi dite come risolverlo per favore, grazie mille.

niente nn succede niente, il tema è attivo, ma è come se non lo fosse, perché anche nel menù laterale non mi esce nessuna voce nuova. Al momento sono in sviluppo locale con MAMP. Mi aiutate per favore, ho il cliente che vuole vedere il sito, ma non c’è ancora niente a causa di questo enorme problema, grazie mille.

We are not sure that we have understood the first part of the question. The theme uses Bold Page builder – https://wordpress.org/plugins/bold-page-builder/ The background video can not be made visible on mobile platforms – it falls back to the background image.

Yes it can be adopted to one page. Related to rss feed plugin – do you mean importing posts from other rss sources or offering its own posts via rss?
If you want to present your posts via RSS, WordPress comes with built-in support – please find the RSS feed of our demo site here: http://law-firm.bold-themes.com/main-demo/feed/
If you intend to import posts via RSS feeds, the theme does not have that option “out of the box”, but you can use third party plugins such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rss-aggregator/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpematico/ or similar
