I bought a few themes before, and this is the worst theme I ever bought, waste of time and money. First, there is no clear indication and documentation anywhere to import the demo content, then there is 0 response from the support ticket. Until I figure out myself how to import from Tool tab, then it comes a lot of other problems. (2) In the theme folder I downloaded from the purchase only has 1 stupid demo.xml to import, this is different from the 5-6 live demos they advertise that have beautiful theme, I can’t find it anywhere in the folder to import. (3) After I imported all demo contents, all “Page” showing blank page, their Page Builder doesn’t seems to work, it shows all the random shortcodes in all the demo pages when edit, nothing on the website work! I am getting tired on this. Someone here please proof me wrong that this is an awesome theme! I am still hopeful that this is worth the money spent…

1. Would you mind to write your Ticket id where i can track your ticket status since i couldn’t found any ticket against your buyer name.
2. page Builder : Page update are related with WordPress 5.0.x update’s new page builder “Gutenberg” which is not compatible with theme.
- You can install ”Classic Editor” plugin to use previous editor of wordpress to make it work fine. Dashboard / plugins / add new plugin / Install Classic Editor plugin

It is a fundamental missing feature. Because the bellhop has to make deliveries and with directions on google maps he easily arrives at his destination.

I bought foodbakery like one month ago, and It has been imposible to contact you. Support service is terrible. I have been trying to properly redirect restaurants and buyers to dashboard but have been impossible. I haven’t found anything in the knowledge base to help me with that. For sure it is a simple thing to do but as you don’t answer to anything the time wasted with your template is a tragedy.
Please be responsible to your 6 months support offer and answer somethin

Hi I would like to know more details about the payment side, the documentation doesn’t go into much detail. How do restaurants get paid out directly? Are they having to put their own banking information? Could orders go through their own CC processor? Any detailed information will surely help.

1. restaurants get paid out directly feature is not given in theme. Admin will receive payment first in his account, after that restaurant user can withdraw payment via his account.
2. restaurant will manager all orders form his own frontend dashboard.

Thanks for your reply but that does not answer my question. How do restaurants receive money after they withdraw? Do they input their banking information and if I click on withdraw does the money go to their bank directly?
I purchased this template but have not downloaded yet because the documentation about payments is very little. I have tested all the demos and it does not have any areas where you can put in banking information. If i click on withdraw how does it know where to send the money?
Also I would like to know if you can set open and close times for online ordering as well as setting a 12 hour clock time instead of 24 hours.
1. After withdrawal admin will transfer them payment manually outside the website. No direct payment is involved with restaurants.
