Hi, really nice theme!!. is it possible to change the order of the portfolio categories in the filter zone? Just over the portfolio. Actually is by alphabetical order but a client want to choose a custom order of the categories.

I’m using the Post Masonry Grid, with the Portfolio Items I can’t customize de Item Layout. But the Post Masonry doesn’t have this option Dynamic Image Height.

I am sorry but the Post Masonry Grid is not a Laborator element but an element from WPBakery Page Builder, so what you can do is check all these images if they are the same size (width and height) and they have to be exactly the same because if only 1 pixel is larger one of the images it will ruin the grid.

After viewing thousands of identical themes, I have a few favorites. But Kalium is something different. Almost 3 years have past since I first checked this theme, and it STİLL has no match. I’m not sure even Laborator can make a better one.
Classy, elegant, and unlike many themes, it is not only beautiful with stock images. Functionality and custom codes and presets are just so good, and their support is amazing. After all these years, still my favorite.

I am confused as I see the theme was updated on April 1st, 2020, however, I received no notification (and I have notifications enabled), and I downloaded a fresh copy from my purchased items and it still shows 2.9.4. When will you be coming out with a full update? My support is expired and I cannot ask a question even in the public forums. Your changelog still shows 2.9.4 as well. Also, do I have to pay another $60.00 for another 6 months of support? Essentially buying a whole new copy of the theme?

The latest version of Kalium for the moment is 2.9.4. We will release a big update soon, and when the update is our you can update the theme from your Wordpress updates section without a problem
You don’t need to purchase support to get theme updates, plugin updates etc. You need to purchase the support package only if you want to contact theme support area.

I’d love to change the Lightbox Skin Color to a solid white color. When I change it at Theme Options/Lightbox Options to dark: it appears solid black. If I change it to light: it appears transparent white. How to I change it to solid white without transparency? Any Ideas?
I figured it out. I had to turn Skin Color to Dark and add the code: .lg-backdrop { background-color: #FFF !important; }

As for the support, when you purchase a theme, you will be granted an inclusive 6 months of hands-on support for that item. When this expires you can choose to extend your item support for a further 6/12 months at a fee. Those are Envato rules and the same thing is for other items in the marketplace too (read more).

I’ve followed these steps: Getting Started (Simple) This area enables WordPress Theme & Plugin updates from Envato Market. Read more about how this process works at envato.com.
Please follow the steps below:
Generate an Envato API Personal Token by clicking this link. Name the token eg “My WordPress site”. Ensure the following permissions are enabled: View and search Envato sites Download your purchased items List purchases you’ve made Copy the token into the box below. Click the “Save Changes” button. A list of purchased Themes & Plugins from Envato Market will appear.
However when I click Save Changes, this is what appears:
The OAuth Personal Token could not be verified. Please check that the Token has been entered correctly and has the minimum required permissions. Dismiss this notice. Additional Error Details: Failed to query total number of items in API response. Unauthorized {request_url“}

Theme premium plugins (including Advanced Custom Fields PRO too) are updated in our server so Kalium users can update it without a problem from their Wordpress updates area. This time we didn’t update the plugin because it creates a problem in the theme, we are working in a new update that will fix this problem and then you can update the plugin too.

It would be better if you had used www.yoursite.com/staging to build the site and then when you finish the site move it to www.yoursite.com. Regular license is valid for one domain only as you can read on this article Theme licenses and activation.
I deleted your old license, so now you can activate your product in its final domain.
Note: If you still see the old domain on your Product Registration page (screenshot) please just press x button, then you activate your theme again.
