Hi, great theme! On this page here (https://preview.themeforest.net/item/bellevue-hotel-bed-breakfast-booking-theme/full_screen_preview/12482898?_ga=2.72986449.336550920.1589287258-863834035.1584557199) the Chalet theme previews a calendar but if I click the theme it shows a “Check in” dates selector. My question is, could i add the calendar to the home screen in place of the Check-in date selector and if so does the calendar have the function to select and book an available date directly from the calendar? TIA

1. Is there a possibility to integrate the occupation-calendar via iCal just like other platforms like booking.com?
2. Main-bookers are from germany, but the house is in the netherlands. Is it possible to translate the website into dutch?
3. Is it possible fort he guests to add pets with their booking? And if not, is there another possibility to add pets?
4. Is there an option to interrogate the identity no. and bank details within the booking details?
5. Is it possible to deposit last-minute-offers and different rates depending on the day or length of booking? For example: A booking on Tuesday is cheaper than on Saturday. Or rates for 6 days each day are cheaper than for 3 days.
6. Is ist possible to make the rates dependent on the number of guests?
7. Is there an option to determine fixed departures per season, like in the main season it is always Saturday
8. We have several vacation homes. Is it possible to deposit a different billing account for each house?
9. Is there an option to split the payment in down payment/deposit and final payment?
10. Is it possible to add a security/deposit into the booking system, so our guests see their payment? And is it possible to install an automatic transfer back after their vacation?
11. Is it an option to automatically send the vacation details after their payment?

4 – Hm, I don’t think that bank details on the website is safe but you can ask for any info you wish on the checkout page. There are several payment options. You can also extend to use any of the many WooCommerce payment gateways.
5 – Yes, we have variable pricing and discount codes.
6 – Yes.
7 – Yes.
8 – Hm, this might depend on your Merchant Provider. We support many payment providers but they all usually belong to one person / company.
9 – Yes.
10 – You can add deposit options but transfers and refunds will be through your merchant provider.
11 – Yes. You can customize the emails too.

I added the theme and I cannot get the booking system to work. Can U provide an updated tutorial on that ? that is the main feature of this theme and I cannot get it to work. this is a hotel / b&b theme. It should be really easy and fast to do.

Guest’s Details – If user can enter the details of each guest for each room like Room 1 : 2 Guests > Guest 1 Name, Phone, Email, Age etc. ; Guest 2 Name, Phone, Email, Age etc. | Room 2 : 2 Guests > Guest 1 Name, Phone, Email, Age etc. ; Guest 2 Name, Phone, Email, Age etc. It will be helpful for Hotel Owners to collect as much details as they can.

Regarding the rest, you can now add custom fields to the checkout experience. It’s an add-on that is paid but we will be bundling for free soon

After upgrading to latest version 3.2.7 (previously I had 3.2.6 I think) scrolling is impossible on mobile devices. It behaves like computer scrolling and scrolls really slow. Any ideas?

The theme, the page builder, and the booking system are all fully localized and translatable. Regarding RTL specifically, the page builder does support RTL. Hotel Booking also supports RTL. You may contribute in plugin translation or notify if there are some adjustments needed as we are not RTL native speakers and might not know some peculiarities. So it may take a bit of manual work but it wouldn’t take much.

I am working on updating the Bellevue theme. I have created a staging site and have done all updates to the theme there and am now on version 3.2.7 -
I have used the Setup guide and selected a theme demo to install, but when I finish the install none of the demo content is visible, all navigation is gone etc. etc.
How should I move forward?
- I would prefer to import my current content into the template - But if that is not possible, I can also update the demo content with my own. But currently there is no demo content to update…. Everything is gone (no navigation, no rooms, no nothing).
So should I just start from scratch OR can you help fix the staging site when I renew my support.
Interesting. Yes, our tech team can help you. I think buying a new license is actually best because depending where you are at with your previous license, it could cost close to the original purchase price to renew support. With a new license you get 6 months of support + a second license.

Hi that may suffice as its only initially for one property that a client has but I was thinking more of a guest logging in and changing the booking possibly, adding days that kind of thing should they expand their portfolio of properties. I just wondered whether you had a preferred one that handled the guest login management that worked with the booking engine already included. Thx
That would be a great feature. I’ve been thinking about making a guide on all of the booking plugins out there to help navigate through all of the features. Our theme is designed to work with all of them, but I think lots of people need more details in a clear and understandable way.
Just buying your theme now to get things off the ground – would be good if you could do that guide re the booking plugins so I could once it was live create a copy test site and try some different booking engines that have guest management.
