Hi, we have added MP4 video as a full screen background on our one-page website. We have enabled the sound and loop, but when we open the website on mobile, it’s only dark, video is not playing and there is no sound. And when we click on some button that opens a pop up form, after filling it and hitting submit, we are returned back to the same page and video starts playing with audio and video. This is the same with any video which we tested? For desktop, we know browser has to have enabled autoplay in order to see and hear the video automatically, but is there any workaround to make video autoplay with sound on?

Hi! I’m having an issue, where I’m adding a product to the cart, from the search page, and it redirects me to the home page. Ajax add to cart is enabled in the woocommerce settings. I want my customers to stay on the search page.

The latest version has a bug with video’s in woocommerce. When inserting a youtube video on the product page in it’s own tab. There is some code and a play button visible on the product image. Can this please be fixed. See here: https://www.mediaelectronics.be/product/svs-pb-4000/

Hello, the Instagram connection all of a sudden stopped working. When I navigate to Flatsome > Advanced > Instagram, there is no connected account?? It was working just fine these last few months.

When reconnecting, I am redirected to Facebook where I select the accounts/pages etc, then I receive this error:

Failed to get Access Token. Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

What do I need to do? I’ve messed around in the Facebook app settings but I dont really know what I need to do. There is nothing in your documentation that says this is even necessary?

I am using the latest version of flatsome as well as the latest version of Amazon Pay by woocommerce. I have checked with Woocommerce, and they said to let you know that they believe flatsome might be the cause of this issue:

ReferenceError: amazon is not defined (Found in the console log in Chrome and Firefox )

Do you know if this can be fixed?
