Hello team Averta, recently i purchased your theme and i found one big issue, There is problem in Tablet & mobile view all images & text mashup its overlapping, currently i use Bike template can u update your dev team to fix that problem bcoz its not only with my current template it’s with most of the template on your demo site which i check after purchase.
And i can’t reach on your support site bcoz its showing me popup that connection is to this site is not secure.

There are many problems activating / deactivating licenses. Usually the deactivation procedure doesn’t work at all. I opend a ticket several days agos and I’ve never had any kind of response.

Regarding the license and update problem, it seems that your license data has been damaged and because of that, you are unable to update the theme or plugins. Don’t worry, we have a detailed guideline on how to reset the damaged data and re-activate your license to take care of this problem. Driving me crazy!!! I have raised a ticket, but it seems the response rate is around 2 days, so I thought I’d leave a comment too… How the hell do you change the portfolio featured image on the demo content of https://demo.phlox.pro/photography-pro/ – it has a secondary featured image, but nothing in admin for changing the portfolio image…. and creating a new portfolio item there is still nothing to admin the featured image for thumb or main portfolio image, please advise asap to my ticket!!!
Also the latest update of portfolio breaks the site completely!!! I’d advise anyone installing this to install WP rollback – Please advise!

Please note that for situation like this, you can simply use the Template Kits library. For example for the portfolio page that you mentioned, if you search for Recent Portfolio Grid 5 in the template library, you can easily import it to your page.
And for the single page, there is no special design applied to the sample you mentioned, you can re-create that using the available layout options in the Customizer panel.
