Here, it says an update to May 12, but there is nothing at bottom of theme page. In addition, I had no email announcing it to me. That is why I come to ask here if there has really been an update or not, because there have been several bug reports and some quite significant, which still do not seem to have been corrected. Thanks.

Good day, I have a problem showing portfolio items in portfolio page.

I installed the demo pages and although it is working, when i rename the portfolio categories with greek letters, i got this message “Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.”

when i switch back to latin letters, its working again.

Any tips? thanks

Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.

Please illuminate how am I supposed to utilize the portfolio slider home page where are those images derived from? Question 2 the interchangeable link showcase near the bottom of the home page where are those images stockpiled?

These are all portfolio list that you can use to display your portfolio items. The featured image that is set on a portfolio single will be displayed on the portfolio list. Pre-sale question here. I’d like to settle for a theme where I can have the menu always stay on top, both in full version and in mobile version. I.e. the menu stays on top and follows along as you scroll down. Is this possible with your theme?

Also, is it possible to have multiple portfolios, rather than all categories on one page?

Thanks for taking an interest! You do have an option to set this on your desktop version however the mobile header does have a slightly different behaviour. So within our themes options it is not possible to change this but it will be possible to add a custom CSS to achieve it.

I am having issues with your Sider Revolution. I upload my images to the builder and they are sharp and crisp. The moment I save them and the photos get published they turn blurry and pixilated. I have tried all sizes and even matched your demo content image size and no luck.

It has been very frustrating getting anyone to even look at this or hear my question even though I have 5months of support left. Your help center has no place to submit a ticket and I am BEYOND frustrated. Please get back to me ASAP!!

Hi there I like your theme very much but I made few speed tests and I´ve got that Home – default is quite slow and there are lot of server requests. Do you think all this can be reduced? Do You have any user example of this theme? Do you maybe provide a html template version?

Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimisation because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed ñ so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analysing and assessing website performance.

Unfortunately we do not have at the moment possibility to share other users examples not we don’t have HTML versions of our themes. We are focused on creating WordPress themes that offer you easy management of dynamic content, which is why we are not creating static HTML files.

This template doesn’t work properly. The support takes a lot of time to answer. I write them two days ago and I don’t have solutions, they just send me tutorial videos to fix the code while I wait for the aswer. The template has a lot of bugs. Its the worst experience that I had. It´s really frustrated.
