Sorry our theme doesn’t have Ajax login/register and doesn’t have ajax change quantity in mini cart. To customize product layout you have to use code. And it doesn’t have quantity input and add to cart on shop and category page.

With the code you have indicated to me before, it is fine because MAN, WOMAN and CHILD are centered:
