Amazing theme! Everything is flawless except one issue. Elementor is not working for the home page. It works everywhere else and everything is excellent quality to work with and customize.. except the home page. Hi, i updated the theme and i can’t activate the hamburger menu on the home page. No, our theme is not compatible with Visual Composer, we used Elementor as page builder. It’s more intuitive and advanced that Visual Composer.

Hi, Support only covers features that are included in the theme. Support does not cover integration with third party plugins or working with custom codes. Our theme normally works with all plugins that are up-do-date with WordPress.

I already done that but no reply at all. A real bummer, buying a theme and not able to import demo data.
We have tested our demo import a lot of times with lots of parameters and demos import perfectly. Still some customers face demo import mainly because of a few factors:
1. Some customers have not installed some essential PHP extensions 2. Some customers have some other server setting issues
Though support does not cover sorting out customers’ server issues, we try to help these customers to sort these out.

Yes, you can do that, but you will have to do modifications. You cannot have two themes activated at once, so you will have to import that page from the other theme to our Saasland theme. But that might be tricky if you are not a developer.

WordPress has a default system where the user can change their account details. And you have to make the plan for app and with reports yourself. You can create the plan for App using our Pricing Tables.

Yes, it’s possible with Saasland. You can deliver the user anywhere as want after they logged in. You will find an option named redirect URL. You can place there the redirect URL where you want to deliver them.
