I have an issue, i have a blog that works with this template and one user reported that one of my posts that contains a picture with some tables in it and data are not able to be read and he could not expand the images. I spent all day trying to find a solution to this problem on Internet and throught comment and advices from other users but I couldnt find anything related to this situation. Hi. It is only a question. I have no extended support so if it is not possible that’s OK but if it is, it isn’t I the same place as top banner background

globally. As it is now I can “only” choose color, not background as I can with the header
You can add a background image from Customizer>Layout and set the content background color as transparent.
I can choose Layout mode Boxed and there choose a background image, but “Content background” does not show the option to add an image background, only color. I am using latest version, and doing Flatsome / Theme options / Layout
There is no option for that. You can add a different content image via Custom CSS. Also, you can put all of the page content in a Section element of UX Builder and set a background image for that section. But as I said, if you set the content background color as transparent, the background image of the main layout can be displayed.

When I go to the category page for a blog post, I keep getting a blank page. For example: MyDomain.com/category/guides is blank.
Permalink setting is set to ‘post name’ and has never been changed. Theme and plugins are all updated. Tried disabling plugins one by one, but the problem remains. Any ideas?

Furthermore, I isolated the problem to the theme. When I switch to WordPress 2020 theme, the problem is resolved. When I switch back to Flatsome, the problem returns.
Can you try to update Flatsome to v3.11.3?
Updated to v3.11.3, cleared cache and cookies, and tried again. The problem remains.

My transparent header is not showing up on mobile devices. It appears for a brief second and then disapears.

Image sizes are defined in Flatsome>Theme Options>Woocommerce>Product Images for products and Settings>Media for others (posts, pages, etc.) You need to take those as references.

I have contacted your support team, but they are not replying fast or not replying with right solutions. I want the blog posts to show the last updated date instead of published date. They once replied with tutorial link, but it only helps to change the date over the featured image, not the date in post title meta. This has cost me 600 visitors a day since installation. From that point, no one has replied yet, i will wait for another 24 hours before requesting a refund.

There is no post order feature in the Blog Posts element for now. But it’ll be added in Flatsome v3.12. You’ll be able to sort posts by id, title, name, published date, modified date, random, comment count and menu order in ASC or DESC.

It didn’t work. It is sad that a team which sold over 1 lakh copies of a theme don’t know this simple task. All other premium themes support this. Your support team never replied me since 2 days.
Ignore my previous comment, it was out of frustration. i now tested this on a local server. I can see the date change using the above css code, but the text before the date doesn’t change. For example it must change from posted on to Last Modified On. Thanks
