The theme has some pre-packaged translations for various languages. Which language would you intend to use it for? You can also have a translation created for your language as per the docs here: https://listify.astoundify.com/article/282-create-a-full-translation.

I bought Directory Pro, because it list lot of features and got many number of buyers, but then their support is terrible, and they even have a purchase code that block the website from opening due to many issues, which I do not like. Your price is the same of theirs, but your rank is way less and buyers are way less, but how is your support and how about the following features, so I can make decision: The main features that the clients want are: (1) Speed loading of the website, we want it very fast (2) Geolocation, so from the app, people can open the website, search for restaurants near them and be able to find it and click on the address, and the Google Maps app will open to show directions (3) User menu, where users can login and submit locations (4) Search results that will show list of locations as Grid list, and as Map List on the same page, fully customized from backend. (5) Google Adsense, and custom own Ads can be shown and managed form the backend (6) Import CSV or XLS list into the database with all features of address, name, coordinates, images and reviews (7) Be able to write reviews for the list from users and admins, and be approved later. When will you update the theme, it is one year without update, this is worrying (9) What is your refund policy if I did not like your support or your theme. 1. The theme is fully optimized for a high page speed score. We however recommend investing in a good hosting provider such as FlyWheel
2. This is possible but instead of the user clicking on the location, there will be a widget on the listing that will render a map with the option to render the directions.
3. Users don’t need to login to the site. Locations are also only submitted by listing owners when submitting a listing and for this, you can have a requirement to require users to login in order to submit a listing.
4. Sorry, this is not possible by default.
5. It is possible to add Google adsense.

7. All users are in a position to add reviews to listings.
8. We actually released an update to the theme.

Refunds, envato is letting the owners of the theme make decision on the refund, so you have the rights to refund it if it is not working well withe client, and then it will be escalated to the Envato team for additional review. As customer service, loyalty and satisfaction are major key now, I recommend you not to be strict as if I like it, i will not ask for refund and you will get more people through word of mouth than anything else. There are many directory themes enow, and all are the same price, so I believe your relationship with the customer is more important than features. 2. 1. Yes this is true. However, please note that refunds are offered based on the Envato refund policy as previously mentioned.

3. For theme support, we follow the Envato guidelines on what is covered in item support. Please see: https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy.
4.Th theme uses Google Maps API services. You will therefore need to first create a Google API key and enable the 4 API services mentioned here: https://listify.astoundify.com/article/856-create-a-google-maps-api-key. Once you create the API key, you will need to add it to your site. From this point, users can then search for listings based on any particular location. However, please note that the searches are only performed on listings within your site. If there are no listings within a particular location on your site, no llisting results will be returned for that location.

I note you have products that will cover both of these requirements, Listify and Vendify. What products of yours would I need to get the functionality of both a marketplace and business listings on one site?

In relation to your question here, Listify would be the closest solution to this. However, it is not designed to be a Marketplace theme. At least it does not have ALL the components to be a complete marketplace.
With Listify you can create Listings for Businesses, and also sell products from the Listing page. See here.

You only need to install the premium plugins if you need to have the features provided by the plugin. We noticed a potential bug, when we are on the map listing page and we click on one of the listings, then we hit the browsers back button the page just says loading. If we hit the browser forward button than back again the results load. We tested this on multiple browsers and the issue is the same. Any thoughts on how to fix?

In relation to your query here, Visual Composer is not fully compatible with the theme. We use widgets in our themes to build pages, for example, the home page, listing pages are controlled by custom widget areas and design elements can be arranged in any way you wish. This replaces the need for Visual Page Builder plugins.
We are however looking into the possibility of adding support for the Elementor page builder once we are done fixing a couple of bugs. However as of now I may not be in a position to provide an exact ETA to this.
