Hi, I activate the licence but I reset my wordpress after few days, now when I try to reactivate the licence, I have an error message that appears and he said “Code is already registered for other domain” but I try to reactivate on the same domain, so I’m stuck with an inactive licence

We have a new Woocomerce Update 4.0 and i have now a question, there it says playerx/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php Version 3.6.0 is not up to date. The main version is 4.0.0. So i found the Woocommerce quantity-input.php Version 4.0.0, can i just update the file or i have to wait until you update your theme?

I have a question about Cart in Mobile. Normally in the Browser (Desktop) you will also see the Cart on the top of the Website, so the user can click quickly to go to the cart.
But in mobile i cant see nowhere the cart widget. I was contacted from a customer, that he cant find the Cart where i was added the product for buying. Then i told him that i have added a Link in the Menu for Cart. But its not user-friendly.
How can i add the Cart in Mobile?
I check the Documentation, Your demo, but it seems you have forget that. Usually every Webshop have the Widget also in Mobile.

I purchased the theme and got to installed with all the configured php.ini like said before using it. But when I go to activate with my credentials it stays stuck in “Please Wait…”

Hello there, i just want to report here a small bug issue if you dont mind. I have activated in the Theme Settings “Enable Preloading Animation” and it works well. But when you go through the web pages [you go page 1, page 2 page 3…] and if you go back [ when you click on your Browser ‹ back ] then the web page loaded 2 times like “loading, loading = page” and this is not good. I dont use caching tools or this kind of stuff.
Please check it quick, it takes 2 seconds. Maybe you can add this fix for the future update. Very good programmed theme, i have to say it, quality x10!

I’ve owned this theme for a year or so and just updated it because my visual composer isn’t working. All I see is the shortcodes in text mode making it difficult to update. I can’t click any tabs or panels at all in the page editor. I’m running your latest version 1.8 with WP 5.3.2

I updated the theme and i’ve donne it before but the problem is that there is always something that goes wrong after updating. I use a child theme to avoid this but it doesent matter, always something gets messed up. Right now the sponsor slider below the rev slider on frontpage is messed up. The sponsor slider is supposed to be below the rev slider image but it is all wrong now. Can you help me with this? I did renew support a few times before but I hope i dont need to pay 50 dollars every time i need to update the theme?

Hello and thanks for the latest update. I realized that you can not add images in Woocommerce Products like in other Web Pages or Blog Posts. You can add for every page and Blog some images on the top.
Why do you not add the same ability for Woocommerce Product Page? This were perfect solution to make the actual product page more familiar with the product. I mean, is that not possible to add? What is imposible for you Edge-Themes? Can you tell me?

It did not remove it it only removed what was in the side menu i need the intire side menu gone so the little white x wont even show up please help ty
