I saw all you tell folks you simply would have replied their comments right here is to submit a ticket. After they submit a ticket, you wouldn’t ask them on time. When they complain, you say-U would answer it in the order you refused them. That’s not cool and very unprofessional. I want to buy your theme, I do hope, we won’t have any issue?

I’m not sure what comments you are seeing, but sometimes customers submit a ticket on the weekend and then post a comment here asking why I haven’t responded right away. I don’t typically answer tickets on weekends or holidays, but I do answer within 24 hours during normal business days.
Yes, there are some customers who are anxious and want immediate answers, even on weekends. I do answer on weekends sometimes, but if that is your expectation, I am not sure there is much I can tell you. But I can assure you that I will answer support questions in a timely manner during the week, as the vast majority of my satisfied customers can attest to.
Hello, for the auto load post feature, I see the post auto load, however my question is, when the ads populate with the pages, do they count as views on the ads? I ask because the page itself doesn’t necessarily load the traditional way and I noticed when I add captcha to comments, it only works when I turn off the auto load post feature. I was wondering if the ads will actually count as views when the auto load feature is turned on?

Theia post slider and theia sticky sidebar plugins require a license code.that plugins does not accept the license code. I researched in comments on the subject. You said license keys in the theme files, but I couldn’t find a separate license key in the theme files.

If I use the instagram post insertion in my posts and Auto Load Posts is activated, then instagram is loaded only for the first post, and then I see this – “View this post on Instagram” for all embed instagram posts in all my following posts. This is also true for twitter. How to fix it?

Why can’t I have a look at and read the documentation beforehand, as with other providers? 2) I have not tested the theme with that plugin, so I would not be able to confirm that it is 100% compatible. Though, I am not aware of any conflicts at the moment.
