Hello ! I’m having an issue on the following example : https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/demos/shop-demos/fullscreen-fashion/ On iPad an iPhone, the transparent header is hidden behind the slider whereas on all other devices, even Safari on iMac, it is working correctly. The problem is only on iOS devices, is it an already known bug ? I have tried other themes which have the same example but are working correctly on iOS devices. Regards

Something has changed in Safari on the latest iOS version. Our developer team is working on a proper solution and we’re trying to include a fix in the next release.
Hi, Thanks for the information, as I wanted to go live with tranparent header and light text at least for desktop devices, I have inserted the following javascript in header scripts to revert back to a classic header on iOS devices. I will remove my workaround as soon as you (or Apple) will release a fix.

Hey ! I saw that the problem have been fixed in version 3.12.0, thank you so much for that. I have removed my workaround and everything is fine.

As long as you keep your content, links in a legal frame, there won’t be a problem. Some YouTubers offer their visitors to give Flatsome for free or direct to illegal sites. We don’t approve such behaviors.

I have noticed this bug for quite a while now. Whats the deal with OUT BOUND urls like Instagram Feed’s, when clicked CANCEL on the browser still loading the instagram page? Is this a theme bug? It is happening on all out bound pages.

It’s about browsers, not Flatsome.
Thanks for replying. How do I fix this? I click on Instagram feed pic and it throws this pop up to open the app or cancel this. I click cancel and it still opens it anyway in browser.
Shouldn’t this be handled by the theme? Afterall the theme is generating these feeds and urls.
Suggesting to open in the app happens after the visitor is directed to the website of Instagram. We don’t have any control over it.
My dear friend, this has changed. I am seeing “Open in app” in the same window. When I click on image, a pop up is thrown to me with: Open and Cancel button. Open will open the stuff in App and Cancel is taking me to instagram.com. The Cancel button should technically do NOTHING.
Cancel means “Do not open in Instagram App, keep forwarding to instagram.com”. I have to repeat; this has nothing to do with Flatsome.

I had some compatibility problems with my original theme and decided to switch to FLATSOME theme. I assumed that when I would switch, all my posts/pages/portfolio aspects would still be part of my website. However, I cannot see any of them. They seem to be erased from my ‘old theme’ as well. Is there a place where I can access my old portfolio sections etc. with all the valuable info? Is there a place where I can access all the old ‘copy’ of the website.
If I have to write all that copy again it will likely cost me a couple of thousand euro…

Flatsome is one of the fastest themes in the market. But page speed depends on many variables like webserver, hosting quality, images, custom codes, plugins, caching, CDN, etc. No one can guarantee that.
After setting up UX Blocks and saving them, it is often impossible to edit them afterwards. It is really waste of time and annoying. Is there an explanation why sometimes UX blocks are non-editable?
