Hi,
https://keenthemes.com/metronic/preview/demo1/features/miscellaneous/treeview.htmltreeview page is not working.
and The space between container class and row class is too large https://hizliresim.com/UUdFpBHi,
Thanks for using the feedback. We will check this issue further and provide a fix in the next update by tomorrow. The space around the standard fixed container(1340px) depends on the screen width of the users. Fluid width option is available as well https://keenthemes.com/metronic/preview/demo1/layout/general/fluid-content.html

Hi, Thanks response
There are javascript errors on the login pages, I wanted to report https://hizliresim.com/kGKMGuHi
,
Good spot. We will fix it in the next update today.

v7 looks gorgeous! However I can’t seem to install the VueJS version for demo2? Seems like some dependencies or files are missing. Am I the only one with this issue?
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback. Could you please send the screenshot of the errors during installation?
Thanks
First, THANK YOU for all of your hard work
I previously used Demo 6 In Metronic 6, however,I dont see that demo anymore, Maybe instead of Demo numbers, you can name them so you dont have to change the layout of an existing Demo in new releases, just add new Demos….this is very confusing when using one demo and then everything changes for that demo with new updates causing us to have to try to figure out where the updates need to go.
Hi
,
Thanks for your feedback. Noted, we will consider it in future updates. The old demo6 was redesigned as Demo 25 in this new version and we will expedite all pending demo releases.
Please follow us at http://twitter.com/keenthemes to stay updated.

Thank you for updating. I am very glad to see well structured code and demo. Let me post a bug I found.
1. SweetAlert2 doesn’t show the type icon if parameters are passed by an array. For example, “kt_sweetalert_demo_8”, “kt_sweetalert_demo_9” should show icon, but it doesn’t.
2. Sometimes, the site redirects to ”/error” page. I don’t know why, but it is quite frequent.
3. In the Datatables.net table, ordering arrows don’t be highlighted according to the order direction.
Also, is there a way to use old color & font theme easily? The new font is too bold and dark, and the previous color set looks more classy. I am sorry, but I agree with someone’s saying that the new theme seems the kids menu style.
Font thickness, color, mouse hover color… there are so many renewed places, so I am at a loss to find and change all of the css file. It would be great if you could provide a css for the old version theme style.
Unfortunately, it’s a too good new update to go back to the previous version. I hope it would be stable soon and support the old theme if possible.
Hi
,
Thanks for your feedback.
1) Noted on the SweetAlert issue we will check it further and provide a fix in the next update by tomorrow.
2) Can you please provide us more info ? If possible can you please send us screenshots where we can see the error ? Also which version causing this ? HTML, Angular, Vue or React ?
Regards, Sean
Hi again
,
Noted on the Datatables.net sort icon issue. We will sort it out in the next update.
Current color scheme was applied based on current design and UX trends. Nowadays more bold and bright colors are most used so in order to stay up to we need to follow current trends. However you are free to change the color, font weight, etc globally with gulp/webpack compilers by editing the global config variables in “src/sass/components/_variables.scss”.
Fun fact: Sometimes global changes in design can shock existing users because the previous design remained too familiar for everyone. We believe in our new design work and are confident that actual end-users will love it.
Regards, Sean
Oh, I see. Yes, that makes sense. Let me try to make an effort to be familiar with the new theme. I believe and respect your confidence.
About the error, I am using the default version of demo1. I think something was conflicted while I was migrating it. The one thing I remember is I saw an error message about “KTAppOptions(or KTAppSettings? I can’t remember exactly) element is not found” on the console window, then I was redirected to ”/error” page with the “something went wrong” message. Fortunately, after I finished the migration, I could no longer see the error anymore. I will capture and post a screenshot if I get an error again.
By the way, the more I use, the more I love the new version. It is so well organized, comfortable, and logical. Thank you again!
Hi
,
Glad to hear that! Sure, if you need any further help, just let us know.
Regards, Sean
Will each of the demos will be a separate folder with all of the structure and files like it is now, or there will be a shared code folder with different themes which can be changeable within the same application? I guess this approach would also make it easier for you to make the updates, as you could make it in just one place instead of making the same changes in all of the demos for the specific version – static, angular, react, vue and laravel.
As it is now, when one theme is selected changing it is very very hard, once all of the programming and changes are already done.
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
For end users each demo and version look like a separate product and this makes selected demo having only related code. There are pros and cons with this but so far according to users feedback current approach is the choose of majority.
Regards, Sean
When will we get React files for v7 ?
Hi
,
The React version is already released for v7 and you can now use it for Demo1. For other demos React version will be releasing soon.

Hello there. How can I remove the tooltip of the button(collapse, reload, remove…) on the portlet head?
Hi,
May I know which Metronic version you are using ? If are using Metronic v7.0 we will provide an option to hide it in the next update v7.0.1 by end of today. If you are using older version please contact our support and let us know your version, which builder you using(gulp or webpack) and our support team will instruct you further.
Regards, Sean
Hi. I’m using v6.1.8 gulp. Thanks
Hi,
For your version you have to edit the KTPortlet’s source JS file and recompile the theme. Please go to: src\assets\js\global\components\base\portlet.js disable setupTooltips and removeTooltips functions with “return” code as shown below:
setupTooltips: function() {
return;
...........
}
removeTooltips: function() {
return;
...........
}

Hi! Version 7 looks great!
We used to work with demo2 but acording to the pictures its changed to demo 15 right? Do you know the release date?
Hi
,
Thanks for your feedback. Glad to hear that you liked v7.0
Yes, absolutely. We will speedup other pendings now and we can release them fast. It’s hard to promise the release date but we will do our best to release as soon as possible. Usually each demo takes at least 2 days to implement so we plan it accordingly.
Regards, Sean
Ok perfect. Will keep an eye on the demo page!
Why the demo 12 is now the demo 28 and it’s not available anymore… How many years I will have to wait to update my code ? Guys stop to rebuild your code every * year !
Hi
This new codebase is important and it will be here a long time now. All our future updates will be compatible with v7.x. Also v7 allows us to deliver new demos, components and templates more efficiently so expect those new demos and many more features in the following updates starting next week.
Regards, Sean
Hi Sean, Thanks for the reply.
I bought the theme since the V1 or V2, I built applications with this theme (great theme!), I have waited months to update from V4 to V5 because the legacy theme was not available and it’s not available again with the V7, I can’t understand that Theme Forest allow this. It’s very frustrating for the first buyers like me.
Is it possible to have the documentation to update from V5 to V6 please ? How can I download the V6 ?
Thank you.
Hi,
Thanks for using Metronic for a such long time and staying our loyal customer. We will revise our demo release schedule and publish Demo 28 earlier someplace within 1-3 weeks. For the long term, we would encourage you to use v7.0 since our future updates will be compatible with v7.x only.
Regards, Sean
Hi Sean,
Thank you very much !
v7 looks gorgeous. Please, check sidebar and logout (demo1). Sidebar animation doesn’t work there. Also there is no logout button. I’ve checked demo 1 vue and default versions.
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback
We have removed the sidebar slide animation. We will add the logout button.
Thanks
Hi
,
Just to update you that the Sidebar animation was removed due to performance improvements. When content has 3rd-party plugins the animation did not work smooth so we decided to remove it for the sake of performance.
Regards, Sean
V7 looks very nice. With Standard bootstrap classes, it seems to be much easier to work with the template. In a quick comparison with previous version (demo6), aside hoverables need work, top corner roundness for fixed headers seem unusual.
Hi
,
Thanks for your feedback. We really appreciate that.
The hoverable compact aside will be implemented in Demo 18 and we will release it soon. The fixed rounde header for demo6 is implemented to keep it’s original shape before the sticky mode activation. If you have any other suggestions please let us know.
Regards, Sean
How can we upgrade to the new code base if we were using the old one?
Hi
,
V7.0 is fully rewrite so you will need to update your code from scratch. The structure and core features are still similar so migration process should be smooth.
Regards, Sean
Hi, it’s been around a year now and you still haven’t updated the demos??
Do you have an actual timeline for this, or is it just going to sit with “coming soon” for another year?
I’m very disappointed that I gave you all the benefit of the doubt but it seems like it may have just been an excuse to shut me up during my support period.
Right now you have ONE demo with full support across angular and vuejs, and ONE more with just vueJS.
You still advertise demos in your product listing, so what’s going on???
When can I reasonably expect to do something with the templates that I bought from you?
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
We will release pending demos starting next week. Now after the major update pending demos and framework versions release will be much more faster since over a year where were fully busy with the core codebase and framework rewrite. Current Metronic v7.x is a long term solution and we plan release unlimited features more efficiently a to make Metronic truly multi-purpose theme for today’s web applications.
Regards, Sean
Thanks Sean, I have been receiving several notifications about updates but I can’t see where the demos are live – could you explain how to find them?
Hi
,
You can latest Metronic v7.0.1 from your themeforest account’s downloads page. You can preview it here https://keenthemes.com/metronic
If you need any further clarification please let us know.
Regards, Sean
Hi Sean, I’ve downloaded the latest version. The only angular demos are Demo 1, and Vue has Demo 1 and Demo 2. It’s been 22 days now, and you mentioned that it would be “next week” that new demos would be available.
So what happened with that timeline?
Hi,
We have new demos coming for Vue, React next week but for Angular we are doing Angular 9 Ivy update which might take a few weeks and we can release other demos Angular version. This is a major update for Angular so we have to implement it for Demo1 and can reuse it for other demos.
For any further info you can also check our detailed theme documentation: https://keenthemes.com/metronic/?page=docs
Please follow us at http://twitter.com/keenthemes to stay updated.
Regards, Sean
very thanks for new update, (with Bootstrap standard classes), i like it
Glad to hear that
All the best on your project!
The builder for Demo1 does not work. The Extra options does not have an href to be selected. The downloaded files are for Metronic 6.1.8
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
Noted on the layout builder issues and we will fix them by end of the day in v7.0.1 update.
Could you please retry your download now ? The latest v7.0 is now available for download.
Regards, Sean
The download file from the builder still 6.1.8.
Noted, we will check it now and provide the fix by end of today with v7.0.1 update.
Thank you.
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience. The layout builder is fixed and working now for v7.0. Could you please retry?
Thanks
Hi, yes is working now. I’m upgrading the template and noticed something. I’m using Blazor so i have to initialize the javascript. Before i use to call KTLayout.init() but now it does not work and even calling KTApp.init(KTAppSettings) does not work.
Hi,
We have removed the KTLayout.init(). Now we call each layout js separately in this js file. /theme/html/demo1/src/js/layout/initialize.js
Thanks
Thank you. Everything it working now.
Endless thanks for all your efforts, we look forward to more

Thank you so much
Sure, we will keep it up!
On the bright side, I like that you removed all those custom kt-* classes. It makes the template more easy to work with. It felt like a nightmare when I ported v5 into Vue.
Hi
,
That was the BEM methodology and at that time it was quite popular. Even most of the Google projects use that approach. However we always tend to listed to our users and this is a result of the majority’s preference. Agree, this looks much more clean and developer friendly. We will keep it and improve further.
Thanks again for your great help today!
Regards, Sean
Nice Update.
Specially Laravel version.
Thanks
The most awaited integration for our awesome customers. We will improve it further and make a great helper of it for the Laravel users.
Hi,
Thank’s for the new version. Well I do understand that this is a new version, and it could have a lots of imperfections in rendering performance, bugs…
But I would like to say that people chose/select a demo version, mostly because of :
1 – Layout
2 – Colors palette
I used Demo3 type since I dodn’t know , maybe Metronic 4 !!, and now, it is completly different either in Layout and it’s color palete !!
Where is that a-side menu options, now a-side menu looks like demo-1 and took a lots of space combined with a user bar aligned it vertically, I chose demo 3 in past Metronic, because of the a-side menu way of presenting rubriques ,??!!
Where’s the light blue color of the palette ? and now it’s a dead green .. ..!!??
Where’s the Top menu ??!!!
And the look is like not that professionnal than Metronic 6. it’s like a kid Theme !!!??
I have to say but, I’m kinda Disapointed, I mean I was expecting something shiny but …
What I would like to says is : When you guys want to change the layout or color way of a demo. Don’t change the actual one, Make a new one, you could have create another Demo31 based on that and let the Demo3 with its specificities…
anyway, Thank you for your effort.
If you consider re- the demo3 , let me know.
Thank you.
Hi
,
Thanks for your honest feedback.
Fan fact: When we released Metronic v6.0 we had some users doubt about the new design direction. This is just the trend and we must stay update to date to it. The design in the first place must be made for end end users, not for the owner of the product.
Now v7.0 provides various options, you have mix and match to have professional looking content while other users can use those new features.
The color scheme is easily adjustable by changing required SASS variables globally compiling the theme with Gulp or Webpack.
However, your preferred demo3 layout will be released as Demo 18 with the same structure but slightly different colors.
Regards, Sean
I dond’t understand,
Why didn’t you put demo18 structure and everything in demo3 as usual, and put demo18 on hold ?
So now stopped demo3 and I’m gonna wait for Demo18, that god nows when ???
?
Euhh I don’t what to say.
and yes it’s our client that chose the demo3 (Cleint) not us as a developpers.
thank you.
Hi,
Noted and we will try to expedite Demo 18 release. Can you please reach our support at support@keenthemes.com regarding this and we will update you according.
Regards, Sean
Thank you Sean,
When Demo18 gonna be availlable ???
Hi,
Let me discuss it with my team and I will get back to you soon.
Regards, Sean
Wonderfull, Hopefullly soon
