Many thanks for all your answers.

I have been watching some youtube videos about the your theme and I still have some additional doubts / questions.

Still regarding my last 1st question, the short info (ages, pickup location, max people, etc…) that we have below trip title (single page), is stored in the database as a single field for each item? Can we add additional ones, like “difficulty”, “comfort”, “hotel type”, etc…?

Now some new questions:

1. When we are booking, under “travel details” form, can we add additional fields to the form (passport date, food restrictions, ....)? This travel information is stored in a single table that we can easily link to other for querying and getting some king of reports?

2. What kind of alert you have implemented in the theme? For example, if someone completes a booking, will receive an email notification with it order?

3. Each trip has any “early bird” option? If yes, we have to everything manually or we can define a period of time to disable automatically the functionality?

4. Do you see any problem if I add additional custom taxonomies to the trip custom post type? For example, to add a list of guides that we have doing the trip?

5. In almost our trips, we use double rooms for our travelers. Even for orders with just a single person, we try to keep together two persons from the same sex. However, every time that a single person books a trip, we have to advise that we have a mandatory single supplement if we are not able to find another customer to share same room. This is easily manageable with your system? And, for example, if someone books a trip alone, with single supplement included, can we update the order to exclude supplement if we find someone to share the room?

6. If I understood well from some videos, we can define the base price and then the VAT tax, right? Then, the price that is shown, is the final one (with tax)?

7. All customer data in the database is stored under your own tables or wordpress default database structure (using store objects, the postmeta and posts tables)? And, after buying the theme, if I need detailed database structure information, can you provide it? I will need to had additional features to the theme and then use all data (from my new tables and yours) to query the database and build several reports like “total sells by month”, “orders without payments”, “travelers per trip”, etc… etc…

1. It’s possible to change the short info (below title) as you wish with page builder item or if you don’t want use page builder item, we can help you know where the file so I can look on it by yourself.

1. You can add additional fields, but we don’t have an option to store it in single table and filter it for report.

2. Yes, we only have email notification in our tour system for admin and customers.

3. We don’t have “early bird” version, but we can set different price for different period time and I think it’s somehow help you out of this situation.

4. We can’t guaranteed about it, it’s depending on your coding/experience.

5. Well, we have single supplement and triple supplement but it’s simply add the different between price from normal room/single supplement/triple supplement. We don’t have an option to update it later or you must cancel/delete the previous book and add new book instead if you want update it.

6. Yes, you can add TAX in price or exclude TAX in price, it will show separate depending your setup.

7. All the customer date will store in wp_user table. We only store the transaction order details.

A couple of questions on the Booking Form

1) Under The Adult Category Can we add an option for an extra bed in the same room ?

2) Under the child category is it possible to add options like Child With Bed and Child Without Bed ?

3) While filling the form can we modify the age field to have options like 0-5, 5-12, 12-18, 18+ ?

4) Under Variable pricing, can we map based on the DOB if the selected passenger is a adult tor a child ?

1. That depends on the purpose of usage. Can you describe more about your usage so I can understand clearly?

2. You have to hire a coder to implement that directly in this case.

3. Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. :( To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

I have 1 main website and 1 subdomain, with the regular license can I have multiple installations of the theme here, 1 on the main domain and 1 on the subdomain?

In this case, 1 license should be fine :)

This theme comes with a post type called “Testimonial Items”, but no way to output them to a page that I can see. Is there a way to do that?

Is there a way to unregister that post type if I’d rather use a testimonials plugin instead?

The testimonial item is a page builder, it not a custom post type, could you check it again? You can use testimonial plugin as you wish.

I can’t see the screenshot, also I confirmed our theme don’t have testimonials post type, so please deactivate all third party plugins not relate with our theme and check it again. Our theme and plugin:

Hi, I need to create a travel booking website where users can book their travel without any money transaction. The booking has to go through but it does not include any payment. Is it possible with your theme?

I am watching the demo, I am interested to know if there is any way that the client can choose any day for a Checkin and a Checkout at the time of booking, just like the forms of any hotel when booking a room

The calendar on the tour booking form is very complicated. I want to offer my customers a simpler and simpler calendar. It is best for me to show the dates as a drop down menu. Is this possible? If you don’t have it, can I do this? Example: https://prnt.sc/sbilap

For the calendar, yes, you don’t need any coding to achieve it, it’s an option in our tour system.

For the payment method, unfortunately, it’s a big work, so you must consider to customize it by your self or hire a freelancer to integrate it for you instead.

I’m a wordpress / php programmer but, as I really like your theme, I’m thinking to use it for one of my projects. So, I’ve some pre order questions that I would like to clarify.

1. The short info (days, date, max. people, etc…) that you have below the trip title (single trip page) is customisable? Can I have different options for different trips?

2. Under the tour lists or grids, we have some stickers (15% off, Best Seller, etc…). Which options we can use here? Can we have two stickers at the same time?

3. My project will only work with trips at least 1 week long. I’ll run these trips just once a year, others twice and some three or four. Can I fix the booking schedule just to show the months there I only have trips? Basically, I would like to hide all empty months as, for example, it doesn’t make sense to show a trip planned to January and then have to move forward though empty months until I see the next trip planned to November.

4. Any option to add breadcrumbs to single pages?

5. As the theme invoicing system is not officially certificate to use in my country, can I keep it but replacing the download document by my own pdf (from an official invoice) the I previously upload to the site backoffice? Even if I have to code a bit, it will be easy to do it?

6. As I don’t know how exactly is designed the booking system, how difficult is to replace it by a woocommerce solution? Do you have any technical documents that can help me to change it?

7. If for a while I what use your booking system, do you have documentation or can provide support to add additional payment options?

8. Can I easily add additional fields to the customer personal data? Ex: Passport number; Food restrictions; Vat number…

1. Yes, you can customize it as you wish in each tour post.

2. We only have 1 stickers at the same time.

3. Yes, you can display the month the tour available.

4. You can add it with breadcrumbs Nav-XT plugin.

5. If you have coding knowledge, we can provide some hints to help you achieve it.

6. Unfortunately, the tour system and woocommerce is separate so it will be override everything (like do it from scratch) to integrate woocommerce in tour system.

7. We can guide you how you can integrate a new payment method but it’s a big work so we can’t provide support about it.

8. We have an option to add new custom field for traveller detail.

Hi Good Layers Is it possible to enable an “open date” booking? I would explain. I don’t want to input a specific date to book (single day, check-in, check-out) but let customer book and pay for a no-date experience (whenever you want to come), as per musuem, exhibition, etc.

Unfortunately, we don’t have that. At least the date must be input because, at this point, the system has to calculate for space for each date. We also have demo version for the museum, but it requires the visiting date anyway :/

I want to have an option to disable the header area at single tour pages so we can start with our title wrapper and a gallery on the left side of booking form. Hi, I see in traveltour\admin\function\files has many files, these are very heavy of the package. And, traveltour\admin\function\tgmpa, aslo has many plugins are very twoo. Is it safe when I delete most of them (just keep one file and plugins as I want to install)? When I delete, does the theme influence speed of website? Please tell your ideas? Thank you!

The theme file and plugin file is necessary to run the theme properly, if you don’t need any plugins, you can remove it, but please don’t remove any file in: admin/function/files.

For the page speed, it’s different thing and reduce the theme package size not affect anything. We also have article about it, please check and try follow it to see if it will help you increase the page speed a little.

Hi, unable to purchase an upgrade to support at this time as covid19 has rendered me broke, so my last attempt at making a client happy to get some cash. So Im unable to submit another ticket and my current tickets are all locked.

However I have a problem, logged into the site, everything is updated, nothing else is installed and the theme is still showing a blank front end. Any advice please?

Good day, before I buy theme I have a very important question.

Is there a wordpress admin demo to see some features available or does the theme have hooks (filters/actions) to add functionality, specifically on the booking form.

The booking form does not allow user to include end date according to all your demos. Or is this function included inside your theme in admin? Great theme and worth the money but the ability for customers to determine their custom end date and for me to calculate price based on number of days they chose from end-date is important. If yes, there is a way to change booking form price with hooks or you have an option inside admin to add end date option?

I really like this theme on first look. and no, I don’t want support, I just want yes or no on the issues above so that I can make my purchase with confidence.

There’re no hook for this. The easiest way to override our tour plugin is to create a new plugin that behave like child theme. ( we wrap every function/class with function_exists so any function defined before our plugin loads will automatically be overridden )

If you just need it as custom field ( with no calculation ), there’re a custom field provided for this.

BTW, It’d take a lot of works to add the end date with price calculations.

Gosh, I was really looking forward to this theme. I am bummed. Is there any possibility of adding this in any future update. End date with price calculations?

How can I change the credit card image and Text in Stripe Payment? Reason for change : Stripe accepts payment through both Credit card and Debit Card and it can be confusing for the customers to see only Credit card Text and image.

Hi. I’m trying to contact support team via tickets but it always says “Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product”, which is not true. So here’s my problem:

I have a problem with the credit card payment step in my website (Stripe is configured) When I select Pay with credit card I can enter the name of the card holder, but cannot enter the credit card number. I’ve also noticed that when I try to do a booking and pay in incognito mode in Chrome or Firefox, the payment page to introduce the card details remains white, and cannot complete the proccess.
