Thanks so much for amazing update! We love the new London News demo front page. But once we click on one of the news pages we prefer the design from Life demo from the previous update via this link https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_life_news/2019/02/15/goodbye-old-iphone-this-could-be-10x-better/ .
Can we use this page style with London front page design? If yes, how can we set it up.

Yes, it is possible if you will set up your Single Cloud Template with the single template used for that demo. What we wanted to know if we can combine 2 (or more) demos into 1 website as we like some parts of one demo and other parts from completely different demo.
So question can we use:
1. Front Page from London demo design:

In the new update 10.3.3, within the Pre-designed Templates – tagDiv Cloud Library, the new Home page of the London News PRO template does not appear. Fix this please. Incomplete updates and a bad job…

I’m using newspaper about 5 years and i fix many problem with tagdiv forum except this issue.
I had an interesting issue. When i click a category (on desktop) I can not see the latest posts. But i can see new posts on mobile.
I disabled all of other plugins except tagdiv, it doesnt work. I change newspaper to default theme, problem has gone. I’m using the last version of wordpress and newspaper. On category options, posts are showing the latest to the oldest. I created new category cloud template but still doesnt work

Please edit the cloud category template used with the composer and check if there is an offset for the loop element used https://prnt.sc/scla4j Maybe there was a grid in that template and you removed it. If a grid was used then an offset has to be set in order to not display the same posts in the grid and the loop element.

Installing plugins does have an impact on performance, that would be the case with any page builder or plugin. Simpy installing the theme and theme plugins doesn’t guarantee the best possible speed, there are other factors. You can follow the suggestions made by the testing tools, and try to improve as many aspects as possible. If you have question, please use the theme support forum, and we will try to help.

I feel sorry if you are facing some problems with our theme. In most cases, this issue has been fixed through disabling the mod_security module from the Cpanel. I really interested with this theme.
But I have a question before deciding to purchase.
I might have several websites installed with this theme. Let say:
1. www.site-a.com -> is running a newspaper website. the end product is training materials (e-book or videos) to start career as journalist or content writer.
2. www.site-b.com -> is running a technology website. the end product is tutorial (e-book or videos) to start career as software engineer.
and more websites that the end product is not the theme itself
The question is, does the regular license cover my planned schemes above?

Thank you for considering our theme. The license terms are defined by Envato https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard Based on this, a theme license can be used to create one website. Multiple websites would require multiple keys.

It seems a lot to pay $41 to ask a question about why something is not working as it should.
When trying to using the tagdiv composer won’t work, as the confirmation box appears behind the Pre-designed Templates – tagDiv Cloud Library. I thought I’d pop onto the site to ask for a solution, but get a message that I have to renew the support.
This is where the ‘lifetime’ on a single payment deal falls apart. Yes it is lifetime, but you have to pay $82 a year to get it.

The support extension prices are defined by Envato in this guide https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support If there is a problem using the composer in your case, the most common cause is plugins. Have you tried deactivating them all temporarily? Leave only theme plugins active, and check if it works correctly.

Update is worst… All settings gone

Are you referring to the theme panel settings? Have you tried restoring a backup of the theme panel? https://prnt.sc/scdsvx We could take a look if there was a problem after the update. If maybe you restored a backup of the full website please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and cPanel so we can try to update the theme to see what exactly is happening. Let us know.

There is no old backup available in theme panel, it only have those which we use to change settings after update. And theme panel settings each and every setting got destroyed. Server rewind of theme and plugin still not restored the settings.

We are sorry for this inconvenience, we are currently investigating what could possibly cause this issue with the theme panel, when using the automatic update process. If you had a backup made, restoring it should restore the website to the state is was before the update. Then you could update the theme using the other methods.

Dear Sirs. I need your assistance. Wanted to change a header and used one of your templates from cloud library and adjusted to suit my needs and when added to theme panel header and as soon I I save everything seems fine but disappears when I reload page.

The header disappears from the website after you set it and refresh the page? That would be very unusual. Are you using the latest theme and WordPress versions? I’ve found yet ANOTHER issue with your theme and woocommerce. The “Customize” page for you theme doesn’t allow us to set the number of Rows per page. Which means every woocommerce page has only 1 row.
Please for the love of God fix your WooCommerce integration, this theme has been a gigantic disappointment.

The latest theme update was fully tested before launch and we did not see any error in this regard. The theme update does not affect your theme panel settings. However, if you had some additional customization through the code and also if you do not have made a backup, all of these are lost.
