Hi I have install the xstore core to version 2.3.3 and new Xstore Theme update to version 6.3.3 but the whole theme still in version 6.3.2 and I get a red message in the top that the theme needs to be update to version 6.3.3. Can you please check this issue in your themeforest files, because I think the Xstore update inside folder still 6.3.2 and you have not change in your download update. Thank you in advance.

No I have not rename the theme folder, I only was download the files from Themeforest, unzip the files and dropped by the FTP in my server as I always have do it before.
I have delete my cache and I still get that the theme needs to be update to version 6.3.3

Look, you can easy check theme version opening the style.css file from the xstore folder. Maybe you copied the files without overwriting. Not sure. Try the autoupdate option (Dashboard > Updates)

If your WP displays 6.3.2 then you did not update theme. Go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check Again button to make force check of theme update.

Not sure if i am doing something wrong but we are editing Static Blocks and for some reason they do not get revised. In the backend word press we see the changes but it does not go live. It keeps showing the old Blocks… please advise.
Another questions how do i delete Sizing guide in the product page where is that setting to delete it/revise

1) Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > disable Static Block cache. Let me know if it helps.
2) Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Single product layout > remove size guide image.

Header builder code is in XStore Core plugin and we would not recommend you to edit plugin files because you will lose your changes after plugin update. If you need the path to file where the code placed then contact us using support forum because we don’t want to share such information in the comments area.

Check your site now. You edited either theme or XStore core plugin files and it caused the issue. Never edit parent theme and XStore core files! If you want to make any changes use child theme https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/

Hi guys,
Absolutely love your theme! However, ran into some trouble when trying to update. Whenever I update your theme and the core plugin, the images of the products on the home page don’t load, just as the slider items… Already checked all the plugins activated and found out that when I deactivate Woocommerce, the slider works again (although the products are gone of course). I tried updating Woocommerce, but the same error keeps occurring.
I now restored a backup of the website and everything works again. Still, I really want this update to work, since it resolves other little errors I found and was unable to fix. Can you help me out?

Go to Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > make sure that you created translation for your language, synced it and translated all the mentioned strings. If it does not help then contact us using author contact form and provide WP Dashboard access to your site and screenshots of strings from core plugin and theme that were translated but do not work.
