Hello everyone!
I’m having an issue since I installed my child theme. On the portfolio item pages, I put the “slider 3” with small round overviews of the next images underneath. But those small rounds with the images moved to the left side letting a white space under the big image.
How can I fix that?

The template has problems with password protected items or pages. When activating this option, the content simply disappears, leaving only the header and footer visible.

If I don’t have a topbar, the logo and the header height flicker when you scroll down. How do I disable this? On your demo, your header remains the same size and transparency the whole time, and that’s what I want.

We updated the Theme to the Version 1.48 but we still get the error that the Slicey Add On in Revolution Slider has to be updated.
Isn’t this add on included in your bundled version?

I’m not 100% certain, what exactly you have on your mind. If you are referring the content of the pages, then all the pages are made in the Fresh Builder pagebuilder.

Hello, since the previous update in December, Freshizer produces PNGs with black backgrounds. I tried re-saving the original files and re-uploading (as you advised in an older comment here) but no luck. I’ve also deleted the “freshizer” folder several times, disabled and re-enabled the feature from Theme Options, and tried different settings for the images, but no luck. Running PHP 7.4.6 with version 2.1.0 of the PHP-GD library.

This is server or file issue, other sites are not having this problem. We usually instruct to use a different program (Photoshop for example), not re-save in the same program (=same issue). If you do this and it is still not working then there is a misconfiguration of sorts on the webserver.

I have exactly the same, I bought the theme on April 28, the support worked the first week and I have the same message now.
I wrote two days ago to the email address entered in the message of the supposed warranty expiration, no response, no resolution of the problem.
It’s really boring for the progress of my projects !!!
I thought I had found the ideal theme for my future clients, it really poses a problem!

I bought the theme yesterday, I extended the warranty to a full year and today there is a message telling me that the warranty is over.

Image URL http://demo.arktheme.com/cosmos/wp-content/uploads/sites/22/2017/06/hill-white.png is causing browsers to not show a “padlock” indicating I have a SSL certificate. Where is the URL located so I can replace it with a “https” URL I am hosting. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

It is from the demo xml import file, here is the relevant (XML) source code. If you are unable to replace the image for whatever reason, you can always replace this URL string in your SQL database, using for example phpMyAdmin.

Good afternoon, I really appreciate the swift reply. I changed the file name to a self hosted image, cleared my site cache, and optimized my databases; but my site still does not have the padlock. When I ran the site through www.WhyNoPadlock.com I received another “Mixed Content” error:

Now I am in phpMyAdmin where can I locate the string to replace it?

for a new website project, with Ark of course
, I’m thinking to use Custom Post Type Plugin to creating 2 different portfolio post type besides the default one.
I’ve made some tryes in another my webisite with Ark: I’ve created 2 Custom Post Type “Works” and “Exhibit”. For showing Works and Exhibit posts I want to use a Ark’s portfolio integrated block without create a custom loop.
This is for have a full funcitionality of your portfolio block such as overlay, label, icon, and much more.
Obviusly the porfolio block doesn’t show me the CPT Works and Exhibit, but only the default Portfolio post type.
Is there a way to have this with Ark?

It might be possible via the “Loop” tab of the Portfolio element, if configured properly. You need to declare the CPT slug name in there, using the Args variable field, like this: https://pastebin.com/raw/wEW8Ndak

Hello guys, Nice theme. i really liked to work with it. A question, are you going to make it “Structured data and schema” compatible. I thought it was until testing a FAQ accordion and seeing it’s not detected as a FAQ with Google. SEO is very important and would really appreciate if you can implement that in next update ^^ Otherwise, what is your advice to make an accordion FAQ schema compliant for now ?
