Hello Friends, I have a problem that this theme of yours, which by the way is incredible and I think the best of all, is giving me a problem when I install a plugin that is very famous and used on all online store sites in Brazil.

We use the CORREIOS plugin https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-correios/ which is the most used here in Brazil and out of nowhere this script does not work with the PORTO theme .. Now when I disable it and go to another theme it works normally.

My account has expired, and I will renew the theme again, but I count on you in this support.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested the CORREIOS plugin with our Theme yet officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, I think it has some incompatibility issues with the Theme.

Please contact the plugin author and ask to Customize the plugin core files for you for making the plugin compatible with the Theme.

If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for making the Theme compatible with the particular plugin then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

You have to deactivate the license from your test site by going into Porto >> Theme License and then you will be able to activate the Theme on your main site with same purchase code.

WooCommerce 4.1 has been released only a couple of days ago, and we already tracked it. The latest Porto version 5.3.1 is already compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce, but only a single template of the Theme has become outdated with this version of the WooCommerce, but no need to worry, it will not create any issue on your site, You can update it on your site.

And we are working on the new Theme update with which we will update that template as well. So please be patience till that and Enjoy using Porto :)

Hello, I bought Porto theme and downloaded. When I install Porto theme, I got an error message saying that ‘413 Request Entity Too Large’. Would you tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

A 413 Request Entity Too Large error occurs when a request made from a client is too large to be processed by the webserver. If your web server is setting a particular HTTP request size limit, clients may come across a 413 Request Entity Too Large response. Hi, The variation description in woocommerce products does not show anymore since your latest updates. This was working about a month ago, now nothing displays after selecting the correct attributes/variations.

If catalog mode is turned on it does not work. if i turn off catalog mode in Porto theme, the description shows up. I need Catalog mode on. This is a bug in your software.

This is not a bug but this is how it works, If you are using Catalog Mode and turned OFF the Add to Cart Button then it means the user will not able to purchase anything, and that is the reason to hide that variation description as well, If you turn ON the Add to Cart Button while using Catalog Mode then variation description will also show while Catalog Mode is ON. I hope this makes sense now.

“Trust me, the last thing I want is to be a pest in your tickets but is not normal the front looks different for you, for me editing, for me customizing or incognito. I just cleared my cache and it still the same, however, when i click ‘customize’ then it shows okay.

And I have another device with the same problem. Which type of device are you using to validate the issues? It seems as it could be a responsiveness issue to me, so please validate this before closing my ticket or marking it as resolved. Im using a mac 15.4” and 21”

We have recently added the latest Demo’s of Gutenberg and Elementor plugin in our latest update of the Theme, So if you are trying to Import the WP Bakery plugin Demo then please deactivate the Elementor plugin first and then try to Import the Demo and same as for Elementor Demo Import you have to deactivate the WP Bakery plugin, Otherwise, these both plugins will conflict with one another.

Perfect! Yes that cleared it up and I was able to install demo. I appreciate the fast reply!

Ya it did not have that option on the Baby Shop in your example. I had to delete the Elementor abd WPBakery and start the demo content import wizard again. Then I could select WPBakery prior to selecting the shop demo install like in your example.

But now I know for next time if we have to reinstall a demo.
