Hello, Please can you confirm the process of uploading courses into the theme? Can it be edited from the front end editor or do we have to edit the courses from Wordpress? Is there a video on how to upload courses? Also, do teachers upload the courses from the backend or front end.I have just purchased a theme I am not happy with at all. Thanks

Hi we have bought your theme, all installed. we have imported the “Demo eLearning II”, but when we try to customize the them using the:

Appearance >> Customize and select the = Header > Top Bar > and tried to change it’s Background Color . It’s not saving and also the theme now seems to be broken and Top bar has a become transparent background and also top menu links gets to change in blue color which we haven’t did (looks like it’s taking the bootstrap default blue color). It’s not saving properly. plz chk the screen shot:

We also tried to change the font color and other things, even they also don’t change.

The css file at the the css file at the wp-content/uploads/tc_stylesheets is zero

Please help we are trying this for the past half day but it’s not working fine.

Hello support. I noticed about nine months ago another user was receiving a similar fatal error with Elementor, I’m receiving now. I also noticed that that you instructed them to email you directly. The error message is:

Fatal error: Class ‘Elementor\Widget_Base’ not found in /home/blackokl/public_html/www.oklahomablackentrepreneurs.com/wp-content/themes/course-builder/thim-elementor/elements/brands/brands.php on line 10 lang=”en-US”

Hi guys.

I update all the pluglins ( Theme pluglins and external pluglins)

Then i update the theme from 3.1.0 to 3.1.2 ( Using the Course Builder Theme Dashboard ) , and my site is broken:

1) All my logos change to the default “Couse builder” logos

2) My top bar is not shown

3) The “Menu layout” change to “vertical style”

4) My footer color background change

5) My footer columns change to “6”

6) My copyrigth text change to ” © 2017 Course Builder Theme. All rights reserved.”

7) My custom CSS was deleted

These were the things that I saw superficially, I don’t know that others were also affected.

I restored the backup of the site to the 3.1.0 Course builder version.

This has never happened to me before with the course builder theme update.

How can I update without problems ?

1. Does your theme have SCORM connector technology. I believe this allows us to plug in courses when purchased from course providers to eliminate us having to enter the courses and content manually.

2. When users are doing a course does the software provide progress points. So the software knows exactly where they stopped when they return. Thanks

after updating to 3.1.2 my site is not working.

Hi there, I’ve written to support but haven’t received any message back. I really cannot figure out where to change the home page background image? Apparently that image is attached to your site which doesn’t allow my site to gain full SSL.

I deleted that image from media, but it is still showing on home page and I couldn’t find just where to change it?

I tried with elementor, I tried with WP baker, I tried to change featured image on home page, still the image is there, what to do next?
