There shouldn’t be such kind of restriction by default. We recommend you to check via parent theme and via deactivating all of your site extra and caching plugins. Also, please make sure that the PHP configuration limits on your Server meet the theme’s required limits:max_execution_time 600,memory_limit 128M,post_max_size 32M,upload_max_filesize 32M, php version 7/higher, zip archive should be enabled as well. Furthermore, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme -> https://support.stylemixthemes.com/how-to-update-a-premium-theme and all the theme external plugins should be updated/activated/installed as well under the WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> install plugins section

They are part of the STM Post Types plugin. You can deactivate the plugin if you are not going to use the theme post types (It is not recommended to deactivate the theme external plugins)

Hi, I’ve started to get problems using the site. The ‘frontend editor’ no longer works, and I’m reluctant to buy the latest version of wp bakery and it still not make a difference. It seems to be taking too much memory. Any ideas?

Moreover, All the plugins which are not free come under our Extended License, so you don’t need to pay for their license to use them. Some of them might have messages requiring activation, but they are already activated on our side. No purchase code needed. When using them under our license you will need to wait for the plugin updates in our regular theme updates. If you want to be able to auto-update them from wp-admin, you will need to buy your own personal license for that. However, we always include the latest versions of the plugins in every update of the theme.

But when installing ‘GDPR Compliance & Cookie Consent’ and ‘Timetable Responsive Schedule For WordPress’ I get a critical error, so I have turned those off.
WPBakery is version 6.1 and there is an updated version of 6.2 available.
I have ‘512mb’ in yellow next to WP Memory Limit in system status.
And also the following in yellow:

1. There are special elements in the Smarty in order to make your course in the Slider view. You can use the STM Slider or Post Slider elements which are integrated to courses. 2. Unfortunately, there is no such option in the theme by default. It needs to customize the core templates of the theme in order to realize your request.

Could you demo the parents/teacher account section? If I add PDF to a course and parents download them, will they be stored here? Also can you make all classes free? Can you show a demo of the forum/chat.
Is it easy to upload videos to single courses. And can you add downloadable pdfs to the courses if they are free, so no need to take the enroll step? just access the course and see the resources?

Your website will look like our demo sites, however, the images aren’t included in the demo content according to license restrictions. All of them are replaced by placeholder images. You can easily replace them by editing page content.

Hi there, congrats for a very nice business looking theme. I found some bugs i solved by css on header fixed when scrolling, or z-index on tabs over slideshow. Also the font displayed in front page its different from the rest of the pages in top header and footer. I think i managed this bugs. but i need help to add featured image in single blog post. Its missing i can see.

Hi, just get the theme like a lot and i´m custom it, but have several doubts, like is very limited the customize options, hope can help me with the issues i have at this moment and on the next days please. The theme i´m using now is “School”.
1- on the section “Apply for Admission”, i want to the pictures show on mobiles too responsive, now if i check on the mobile the picture dont show, only it on the desktop, also increase the size vertically.

2. That kind of design is available only in the Kindergarten layouts of the theme.
