Hi! Is the theme compatible with other website builders, except for WP? I’ve tried uploading the theme to Ghost.org but it didn’t work, is it compatible? Thanks

Is there a way to make the icon with text clickable? It’s a little counterintuitive that the hover changes their color but no link is available. Having to add a “show more” button on top of the icon and text makes it quite ugly.

Hi – have a quick question regarding the video player element in the theme – I’ve used this to make a list for 6 videos on my home page (in a 2 column setup). I’ve linked Vimeo links and they show up and play well – but I’m wondering if there is a way to have them open up in a lightbox so that they are larger than the 1/2 column size which is pretty small. I use your theme for a video portfolio. I am using the video player element to showcase my videos but right now it shows the original thumbnail in Youtube and Vimeo. Is it possible to add a custom thumbnail instead? For example by uploading an image?
The problem with the default youtube and vimeo thumbnail is that they add all sort of other unnecessary information on the screen, plus their own branding. But I would like to keep my site clean.

Hey, i installed the borlabs cookie plugin and it is not working. The theme gives me the following Error via the dev tools:

Hello, after moving my site to a new server, I’m having problems with the portfolio pages that won’t scale/crop the vertical images (theme has also been updated). Horizontal and vertical images are not the same hight anymore. This means that portfolio pages with vertically images are being displayed taller than other entries? In the Portfolio List settings (wpbakery) I have tried with all the different kinds of image size (standard, original, squared etc). Do you have any Idas of how to fix this? Thanks

this theme is not supporting Digits wordpress login and mobile number signup plugin…please fix the bugs in your theme

First, thank you for this amazing theme! I have one question about the logo for the menu/header.
1) I only want the logo to show when the header becomes sticky. This works well except for the moment when I don’t scroll down but up. Then for a short moment the logo shows in a bigger version.
2) If my client decides to also have a logo in normal/dark header, I try to set it the same size and position like the one from the fixed header, but it appears bigger and a bit below the header (like the »ghost logo« from my first question).
Could you please check if there is a solution for this?

Re: my review. Because I can’t reply to your response on my review since ThemeForest does not support this feature, I thought I’d reply here. Please give me adequate support which answers my questions instead of referring me to non-related pages or blaming me for having customer service taking a week to get back to me (I was told, “If you’d like us to answer quicker the best thing would be for you to submit one message only,” as the reason I had to wait a week when I asked for a response in a second message after four days of receiving no answer).
So far, the two answers I’ve received to my April 10 request for help have failed to answer my questions. I’m finding this theme difficult to use, the portfolio functionality extremely limited, and customer service support poor. At this present moment, I think the review is fair but I’d really like to change my mind about that and work with this theme.
Can you give me an email address to send the link? Given that this comment is public, I feel uncomfortable posting it here as it will reveal too many personal details.
At this point, due to the issues I am continuing to experience with this theme (like portfolio items loading as a blank pages, lack of retina support, headers not constraining to parameters defined in the Header options, in addition to my existing issues remaining unaddressed), I want to request a refund. I’m spending too much time fighting with this theme and I feel I’m wasting both my time and yours. I understand covid is impacting support times for you (maybe the covered 6-month period should be extended in that case?) but I can’t work with a week-long wait time for a single answer, particularly when that answer doesn’t help me solve the issues I’m experiencing and I’m continuing to have multiple issues with this theme. Like you, I’m on a timeline too, unfortunately, and this theme was supposed to make things easier, not harder.
As a result, I don’t think this is the right theme for what I need it to do. I think it’s best to go with another theme altogether from a different developer, one that may better serve my purposes, and I’d like to ask for a refund.
