You can uninstall any demo by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Demo. Click on the installed a demo and it will show and option to “remove” the demo

Hi Themefusion. I am trying out the theme now. I have a technical question that i can’t find the answer to in the comments.
I have menu 6 which is just the really nice logo to the left and the hamburger to the right.
When i scroll down though, i would like the menu to be the sticky menu that i have built. It doesn’t seem to work though. We want to have a full video playing with as little distractions as possible, but when scrolling down, then more options are available from the menu. The flyout menu, although a nice feature is just not user friendly and quite irritating i feel on many sites.
Any suggestions?

We’ve plans to reduce the number of thumbnails being generated in the future but please do note, some of the thumbnails are also created by Wordpress as well. The additional thumbnails are a necessity for quick/efficient loading times as e.g. you don’t want to load the original 1920px image file if the user is on a mobile screen where a 400px thumbnail will suffice and we can load an 800px variant on a tablet; where the original file will be wasteful and the smaller 400px version would be too small/low-res to show properly.
Basically, talking for the Avada thumbnails, each thumbnail size has a valid reason for existing.
If disk space is a concern, you can reduce the jpeg quality for the thumbnail generation so the multiple thumbnails aren’t that big in combined total file size.
As a test, Even with a higher jpeg quality, the file sizes from the combined thumbnails is pretty negligible; e.g. for a 6.7 MB 4K photo, when I upload it, the combined file size of all smaller thumbnails regenerated is 1.4 MB
For a 3.2 MB 4K photo, when I upload it, the combined file size of all smaller thumbnails regenerated is 0.4 MB. (this is with the jpeg quality set to 90)
You can reduce the “WordPress jpeg quality” to 70 or 65 under WP Dashboard > Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Theme Features page and then regenerate all thumbnails with below plugin to have even smaller file sizes for the thumbnails; by using below plugin

Hi there. I need to insert a simple jQuery function that shows a pop-up when a DIV element is clicked. I added the code via Avada Theme Options. It works perfectly in Chrome, but for some reason it seems like Safari does not load any additional code from the Avada Theme. I have tried various options and work-arounds suggested in the jQuery forums but the script does not trigger at all in Safari. Is there something I need to check in the theme? Thanks very much.

Any way to apply mask 80% black or other color to top cover image (sample /taxi/ demo ) ideal goal: use original image of cab and layer darkness 35-80% this can reuse master image and apply darkness mask to have text or top or not (no photoshop and 2nd image with darkness or gradient darkness needed) or sample /driving/ apply to driver gradient or solid mask with 50% green over original image

You can make use of the theme builder and and instead of the page title bar, via the theme builder you can use a container that has a background image and a background color (with some opacity) to show a darker image

I’m afraid the Fusion Slider parallax feature doesn’t work on Mobiles.
You can try one of the parallax options in the regular Container settings if you need to show a parallax effect.

I bought this theme and I was super excited to use it but I have not been able to use it because it generates an error when registering the token id. The error says: “Token does not have the necessary permissions. Please create a new token and make sure the following permissions are enabled for it: View Your Envato Account Username, Download Your Purchased Items, List Purchases You’ve Made, Verify Purchases You’ve Made.”
I opened a support ticket and even their support team was unable to register my product. I followed all steps as instructed in their installation.
It’s already been too long and I’m beyond frustrated. I’d like to get a refund, please.

The parallax that you see on Fusion Slider is actually only for Fusion Slider, the containers have a different kind of parallax that can not be interchanged with FS or vice versa.

Have a Question for Moderator – when I purchase new license, are ALL plugins are updated and licenses good for 1 year within the theme. Can I get them updated throughout the 1 year license.

Updates have nothing to do with your support period actually, the license is eligible for FREE updates for Lifetime and as far as we develop Avada so there is no need to renew your support license just to get an udpate.

when I go to these premium plugins, the developers would say that I need to purchase their licenses from them to get these updates & Support. It is such a pain in the ass to deal with. Seeing the costs for these updates totaling up around $200-$300. If i purchase the new avada license, does it come with licenses from all of these premium plugins including their automatic updates & support as well.

My apologies, that is not the case as you do not get premium plugin support but you will get their updates as soon as we update them on our servers, like for example right now our theme uses the latest version of premium plugins and we do update them as soon as we can, however for the premium features and support you will definitely need a standalone license as mentioned here => https://bit.ly/3fJYHkM
