Our devs are working on a solution.

Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution. Also possible the plugin has a similar layout to what you would like to achieve. So you can try it out for sure.

Hi There. my instagram feed has now just stopped working on my Baker website – I went to https://helpcenter.qodeinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002329117-What-To-Do-If-Your-Instagram-Account-Is-Connected-But-Not-Displaying and followed the instructions… and I get an OAuth exception code 400 error_message “Invalid scope field(s): basic” – do you know what I can do?

please note – this has stopped working only within the last month – I have updated the theme and “Edge Instagram Feed” – I tried to ask you what to do through qode interactive – but as my support has expired it wouldn’t let me. :’(

just fyi – as it wasn’t working, I’ve gone in and just installed an external plugin to replace the edge feature

It seems like the Instagram developers changed their API lately so all Instagram-related feeds stopped working. This is not the case just for our plugin, but all others that are relying on their system. We are in touch with them and we’re patiently waiting for solution. Until then we’d appreciate if you could be a little bit patient, there’s nothing we can do at this moment. If anything changes in the meantime we’ll provide the solution as fast as possible. Hi Folks Your theme (Baker Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce.

Is there an updte due ? also slider rev and WP Bakery need updated.

As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated. We do update all the template files when we release new versions of the theme. Does this theme support one-click update via the admin backend of the website? I read the documentation but it only mentioned theme update via ftp. I see that Edge Themes is now QodeInteractive, and I use other themes by Qode which have one-click update facility. Please let me know and perhaps update the list of features on the overview page if it has one-click update capability. Thanks

Hello, I am having a unique issue, where some products display a black menu background and some display it fully white. I am unable to see anything in the Edge options as well. I tried resetting it, but it doesn’t help. Can you point me to a solution, which will make sure that the menu at all product pages has black background and white font?

Hi, I have a question about updates. Is it normal that the last release includes Core v3.6 but wordpress says it’s obsolete because last one is 4.0 referring to:

baker/woocommerce/global/quantity-input.php baker/woocommerce/content-product.php

At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

LANGUAGE ISSUE

A year ago I opened a ticket to fix a problem with language file and until today I still waiting for a fix. Now is imperative to be fixed.

Logically I will not renew my support for a problem I still waiting to be fixed.

I placed my translations (made with poedit PRO) on next folders:

/wp-content/languages/themes /wp-content/themes/baker/languages /wp-content/themes/baker-child/languages

With next file names (for .mo and .po):

es_ES (as in your documentation) baker-es_ES core-plugin-es_ES (as you answered me on ticket)

Not a single name or file is being loaded.

So please, tell me the exact file name and folder to be placed. And if still not working I need for a fix for that Bug. (all my plugins translations wors perfectly), It’s a theme problem.

Thank you very much. Please take note that on Baker and maybe for some of your themes, you are not talking about CORE plugin translation.

But also, maybe because of WP version, plugins are only being translated by placing .mo and .po files into ”/wp-content/languages/plugins”

Using: nameoflugin-lang_LANG

For me it doesn’t work when placing files into plugin lang folder.
