We do not have this feature included within the theme. Currently there are only two filtering options for the Course List shortcode: Category filtering and Dropdown sorting picker. See image here. If you’d like to combine multiple filters, at the moment, you will have to download a third-party plugin to achieve something like this. We can’t recommend any nor guaranty the compatibility with our theme as it has not been tested with it.

unfortunately I can’t do it that way. In the course page, i need to have the price for normal people and the price for special customers, and when course is added to cart, it goes with the “right” price

We do not have this option within the theme, than having a coupon or reduced price, but it will be applied to all the users. You could eventually check for some Woocommerce extension that might help you achieve something similar.

I’ve purchased your theme and it’s great but I have an issue with events.
My page with events list doesn’t look like in the demo (I mean the search bar at the top of the events list), events won’t sort correctly, events don’t show excerpt and even though I’ve translated the “date, time, address” etc bit it still shows english version. I’ve imported demo data at the begining and was having issues with events from the start.
Can you please help me with this?

[PRE-SALE QUESTION]
I’ve purchased previously themes from you and I find them very well done and easy to use and implement so I’m really hoping this theme is the solution for what I’m planning to do.
I already have an online portal (intranet) where I host all my online courses, I am using Learndash LMS. What I want to do now is to create the promotional site where I display all my courses, info about them, info about us, being able to purchase the course etc, so this theme looks like perfect for what I need.
So my question is, can I use this theme without using the LMS functionalities and still being able to display all courses? The registration to each course will be on a separate page as I mentioned before. Just need a nice layout for courses that I can promote and sell though this secondary promotional site. I hope it makes sense!

You would need to use our LMS plugin to have courses, but you can hide the buy buttons, so your courses can only be displayed for promotion.

1. Is the buy now button on the course landing page, linked to WooCommerce? or can I link that to an external page? I’ll be selling courses but will be processing the payments somewhere else.
2. I would also like to know about the filtering options of the courses. Is there the ability to filter per tags or course categories? Any option to add the filtering options on a side bar with checkboxes?
3. Also, what are the sorting options? I can see on the demo site, that’s from AZ or ZA, can we add here other filtering options such as price or course length?
Is it possible to import the demo site?

1. The course can exclusively be purchased via the WooCommerce gateway for the currently logged in customer.
2. Our Course list has a category, tag or a ID which you can choose and as for the search filter currently there are only two filtering options for the Course List shortcode: Category filtering and Dropdown sorting picker. See image here. If you’d like to combine multiple filters, at the moment, you will have to download a third-party plugin like Search & Filter or similar
3. You can either choose to have them sorted by Asc or Desc in our Course list shortcode and when it comes to the Course Search shortcode you can enable filter by category and price only within our themes options.

Hello, I’ve a presale question ! Can i see a screenshot of the tutor dashboard to see how he can manage/follow student progession (course completion, test, quizz answer?). Is there an internal messagerie where tutor and student can communicate? Is it possible to manage group of students ? Thanks for feedback.

Unfortunately, an option to reserve days for the courses (or classes) doesn’t exist within the theme.
You can register as a user and apply (or buy) to the course, but note that all course content is fully available live https://prnt.sc/rdqbvg.
You can check out the Academist user dashboard by clicking on the Login button in the header and using the following login credentials:
Username: test
Password: test
Note that we developed our own LMS system for this theme, and in order to integrate your LMS system, you’ll have to make changes in the theme code since an option to integrate some other LMS system doesn’t exist within the theme.
