Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

I already had this problem before. I don’t understand why the title tags of an article are not in h1? You gave me this code to put in function.php, it worked but today with the update, it does not work anymore. The titles are in h2 and I don’t know how to change that.

I get instagram api error!

It seems like the Instagram developers changed their API lately so all Instagram-related feeds stopped working. This is not the case just for our plugin, but all others that are relying on their system. We are in touch with them and we’re patiently waiting for solution. Until then we’d appreciate if you could be a little bit patient, there’s nothing we can do at this moment. If anything changes in the meantime we’ll provide the solution as fast as possible. I’m having a bit of a problem — I deleted the blog I was testing this on before de-registering and now I can’t remember which one I was testing it on in order to de-register so I can use it on my current blog. We have tried multiple attempts to install the demo content (both elementor and wpbakery) but all attempts fail. This is a clean wordpress install and have increased memory limits. The demo seems to install as just one long text block. Can you offer any solution?

Hi, the theme looks great but it seems that both the Google Map and Instagram cannot be displayed properly now with your demo, and I guess it is because of their updates of API requirements.
Has this issue been fixed with your theme? Or any work-around I have to tackle this issue after buying this theme?
Ohh, seemingly Google Map is working fine now, but the Instagram feed still shows up as a broken image with text.

The demo is for presentation only, and the Google map had reached the limit request and you can read more about it here
And when it comes to Instagram, thanks for notifying us, and our team is checking this, it will for sure be resolved soon. However, this will not affect anything on your end as once you do connect with your Instagram account it will show your images from there for sure.

1) Appreciate your clarification. Totally understandable.
2) Seemingly now Instagram requires Access Token to connect a website to an IG account. Is it possible to do so with your theme? If not, I guess probably the IG feed cannot be shown properly as it did before?

Hi, I am planning to get this theme. Are you able to advise me on the following questions please:
1) I found on a link that mentioned the portrait image, with the dimensions at least approximately being 800 by 1157 pixels. Is there any place I can find all images recommended dimensions (such as logo, full-width photo, icon and etc) listed?
2) Is it possible to insert breadcrumbs into the post? E.g. Destination – Continent – Country – State
3) Is the function of calling the headings and subheadings (Things to See, Typical Costs and etc) on the sidebar able to be implemented on any post or page? https://backpacktraveler.qodeinteractive.com/destination-item/perth/4) Is Instagram function working? On your page, I see a broken image icon and words.

1. When it comes to logo size you can read more about it here.
As well as for some images here
2. If you enable Breadcrumbs in Mikado Options > Title it will be shown if you enable the title area on Destination, however it will show the categories that a specific destination is assigned to, here is an example
3. You do have our Mikado Additional Sidebar Items where you can add additional link, text and image.
4. It is working, could not locate any broken image on our website demo. If you have a URL it would help. But the Instagram feature is working perfectly fine.

1. It has the size of 1920×1100px
2. Yes, it does, if you turn on breadcrumbs in the Title settings.
3. On any page you do have an option to add a Side area in the page settings, then you will need to add the widgets to the sidearea in Appearance > Widgets.

I have bought this theme and it looks awesome.
However, there is not much support received from your agent. Your support agent is not being really helpful and is simply telling me things that I have already know instead of providing any solution.
For instance, Prior to the purchase, I asked if the other page and post can have the anchor text functions similar to Mikado Additional Sidebar Items. And your reply sounded easy and can be done just by adding a widget into the sidearea.
The problem encountered: I created the widget and anchor text. But clicking on the anchor text scrolls the page two-notch further down the desired section as that section was covered by your menu. And also I asked how can I enable the sidebar to be sticky similar to the Mikado Additional Sidebar Items.
Your support team’s reply: About the anchor ID, it scrolls to the section that you want, but keep in mind that your header is hiding that section, because it is displayed on top of it.
About the sidebar, it would involve a lot of coding to make this work, but this falls out of our support scope. You can find a lot of helpful tutorials online, for example this one: https://www.minddevelopmentanddesign.com/blog/create-floating-html-element-stays-sidebar-scrolling/Conclusion: I felt no support was given at all. The header covered the content based on your theme coding. He could have provided me an alternative like top padding offset and etc. Or is this a case of over-promise but under-deliver?
I sincerely hope you can look into this matter and provide solutions please.

You do have a Sidebar on pages for sure which you can enable but it will not have the sticky effect such as in destination item, as we did not at first get the impression that you were talking about the sticky sidebar, rather told you that the sidebar can for sure be present on pages, which it can.

Hi. I am facing a problem with the destination post archive template. If i set the page template to “post destination” it doesn’t work. At each destination page, in the right sidebar, I have “0 related articles – see articles”. I want this functionality to work. I alse have created a Post (an article) but the counter is not working.

Hi. After more than 6 hours and 3 clean installations, the import of demo content is still not working. The PHP version is > 7 and the setup you recomand is in place (even higher values). I saw in comments that lot of people had this issue… seems is not yet solved.
Please support me to import the demo content asap, as my client is really in hurry with the website launch.

Looks like a great theme, but looking at all the negative review and testing the page for SEO purposes I can see that those still have not been addressed. Sadly due to these facts I will have to look somewhere else, except if you have timelines when the SEO issues (like H1) will be fixed and updated.
