First of all once we check we do see that you are using an outdated version of the theme and its plugins.
If you need instructions on how to update the theme and included plugins, you can refer to the following article: How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
Also we would suggest you to try to disable all your third party plugins in order to check if there is a possible theme conflict. please understand that we have not tested these plugins nor can guaranty theme compatibility.

Hi, there appears to be a bug in Safari browser that when a product variant is selected in Woocommerce it jumps to the bottom of the page. Can you confirm if this is a generic bug with the theme or specific to our site?

Hey, I’ve purchased this theme and need to update WP Bakery and Slider Revolution. However, it’s telling me I need to purchase licenses to download updates. Is this the case or can I get the updates free of charge due to them being bundled with the theme?

Please note that WPBakery and Slider Revolution does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Can the social share (icons) position be changed in a post, to the top of the post instead of the bottom?

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.
At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
