Hii Catalin, I recently changed the email address of my account as my previous email got blocked for some reason. I forgot the forum.tagdiv.com password lol….also that’s why couldn’t reset the password. Please help to change the tagdiv forum password or email address.

My website is using Newspaper theme which was updated yesterday to version 10.3.3 & After that while i am using mobile plugin without AMP plugin the pages aren’t showing on mobile though works on desktop. All updates and tested with plugins disabled… www.am-faro.pt Can you please correct this bug for the next versions

my menu burger on mobile does not response/triggered properly to open menu.. fyi im not using mobile template. i tested to click menu burger on many mobile device… some device can open the menu, another it does not open the menu when i clicked. whats wrong?

You could try some plugins for it, I can’t make any recommendations unfortunately, we haven’t made any testing with such plugins up to this point. Try a few and choose the one that works best and has the options you need.

Your theme looks great. Question though: is there an option to create a membership area? I mean for instance give only members the access to certain contents? Is your theme compatible with the extension Woocommerce Membership or another plugin such as this one?

Thank you for the appreciation, and for considering our theme. The theme by itself does not have a content restriction/membership options. You could make some tests with the plugin you mention, or other similar plugins. I can’t say exactly if it will work or not, we haven’t made any tests with it or such plugins unfortunately. I have always believed in buying genuine/ licensed software. I was searching on the web and could see at a number of places, the same theme – updated version, was on sale for $5 and that too for unlimited wesbites.
How is this possible?
What’s the catch?
Would appreciate if you could guide me and many other customers who could be cheated by such gimmicks.
What exactly are these kind of themes/ plug-ins and what hard they might do.

The theme is only sold officially on themeforest. Purchasing it from other websites is not recommended. Once it is purchased from themeforest Envato will provide a valid license key, which can be used to activate the theme and unlock all the features, also to create an account in the support forum.

Following the steps in the guide does not guarantee the best results possible. It may take some more work to improve the speed of the website, depending on other factors, like the hosting provider, plugins, ads etc. Test the website with speed assessment tools, then follow the suggestions mentioned in the results, try and improve as many of them as possible.

From where I can change the Facebook and the Twitter icons(and the urls) in the mobile menu version? On main site I am using Facebook and Instagram but on mobile devices when I open the menu appear tho icons for Facebook ad Twitter doing nothing.
