Btw, if I make a real estate website from your theme, are the following options possible?
a) Is there the possibility to charge Users for contacting a defined amount of Sellers (or subscription)?
b) Is there a way to charge Buyers for inserting offers? / is there a way to en/disbale this feature?
c) Is there a way to offer ‘Bump up’ options for Sellers; e.g. list their offer on top of listings (search results) for a fee?
d) Do you know of any other way, to make money with the site virtualy?

The theme uses WooCommerce only for shopping functionality. Themes do not have the functionality you are mentioning in your comment and it needs to be added through third-party plugins or of course, coded in the theme.

There is no way to install only one page/demo if you chose the Main demo. You can, of course, install the full content and simply delete the unwanted pages through WordPress > Pages.
Another method would be to install the demo on a localhost/testing environment and using the page builder import/export tool, move the pages from the testing environment to your working space/live website – https://take.ms/jct6r

Hey, I have purchased the Kallyas theme. After the new Wordpress Update 5.4.1 I am unable to edit a page / create a new page ( using the wordpress default editor).. I tested it before and after the update for wordpress. Prior, I could edit the page, and after, the page now shows a blank. This is only with the Kallyas theme activated.

i activated the child theme and when i hover over Kallyas options in the back end of WP there is no dropdown menu, but only when the adult theme is activated there is a dropdown menu.

thank you for this theme – we wish to make purchase – can you please inform me:
1) we will adapt this for Jobs theme- can we load a list of company /import companies – as excel or xl file with their logos and emails to ensure a preloaded list is included?
2) On Ads type – is there a pay per click option?- For instance can an employer create a Job Ad – and only pay when potential candidate pay on the Job Ad? – I can see you you have a bidding option but do not see an option for paying only when someone clicks – {for example on LinkedIn a company creates a link – and only pays when a potential interested party clicks – the company is paying per click.
3) Is there private communication between employers and employees?
4) can we work on the Job Theme from elementor / wordpress ?

To what demo are you referring? At this point we do not have any Jos demos.
Regarding your questions, it will not be possible to achieve this functionality. The theme comes with pre-built demos that are created with Kallyas Page builder.
The functionality you’re searching will require third party plugins or custom coding.

Since Kallyas has it’s own page builder, there is no reason for us to change any functionality in this regards.
We are currently working on the new page builder that should be ready and available for download very soon.

sorry I forgot another thing .. I want to use only arial and helvetica style .. if I don’t select any google fonts and delete the default google fonts in theme panel, then in the source code of the page I see

1) when i remove the two fonts from the section showed in your above scrennshot and click on save options it seems ok but if i refresh the page appear roboto font under the section showed in your screenshot. it seems that if no fonts are choosen from me…then automatically roboto font are inserted.

Congratulations for the really well done theme. I like it because it is very complete and I don’t have to resort to other plugins.
1) Can you consider inserting a meta description tag for the next update? <meta name=”description” content=”blablabla”>
2) I needed to not display in the posts “published in category ….” so I created the same folders from the parent theme into kallyas-child ”/components / blog / default-single-modern/default-single-details.php” and i removed the code that showed the category. it’s work! 1. Indeed, I will go ahead and create an featured request in our internal tracking system for future updates.
2. Your method is optimal. This is the way we recommend proceeding to customize the functionality of the theme or elements. Overriding elements inside the child theme by adding a change copy of the file is the right way to do it.

Hi, we are tried to connect with a cdn service from wp-rocket or breeze, but for unknown reasons could not serve images, but only scripts (just to mention that with other themes we have not this particulary problem). Is there a serviceworker for images in kallyas theme or another suggestion?

Maybe a silly question but saddly i had a similar encounter with a far lower quality theme in the past. The demos you offer are just for showcase right ? Or there are restrictions in the combined use of elements?
To specify i am talking i am not talking for some reasonable restrictions in “same-section” elements but using elements from different demos.

All the demos we offer can be installed the they will look similar to what is show. Single different will be the images. The theme will replace the images with placeholders, due to copyright laws.
It is possible to use sections or entire pages from one demo to another. What needs to be done is to have 2 workplaces, like for example your website and a different enviroment like localhost . The theme has a import export tool for everything that is created with the page builder.
