Dear Themefusion, There are many products and categories I have. And I serve them by woocommerce. But ıdon’t ike Woocommerce auto menu system. I like to use Avada menu system as widget on the page but for woocommerce categories. So is there any way to get woocommerce categories on Avada menu automatically? On menu system, there are options to add to menu as PAGES, Categories, etc… But not woocommerce categories. So I wonder is there any way to use woocommerce categories in normal menu system of Wordpress Avada? Thank you very much…

Before I buy the theme, some questions.
1) Is the theme compatible with Yoast SEO premium and Wp-rocket plugin ?.
2) Is the theme compatible with Tiny MCE editor plugin ?. And can we use the Avada shortcodes only on pages ?. Or it can be used on both pages and posts ?.
3) The design elements that is shown in demo, can they be used in a single post or they are applicable only for pages ?.
4) In terms of SEO, does the theme has any JSON+LD built in or Yoast will take care of it ?.
5) How can i display adsense ads with your theme ?. Any recommended plugins ?.
6) Is there any option to show last updated date of any post ?. There is a published date and once we update the post, it shows last updated date.

1. Yes, Avada is compatible with Yoast SEO and we have users who are using WP-rocket plugin as well with Avada.
2. You can use Avada elements on any post type be it page, post, portfolio or product.
3. Definitely can be used in single posts.
4. You can use Yoast SEO plugin for that as stated earlier, we have compatibility with yoast as can be seen here => https://avada.theme-fusion.com/theme-features/avada-third-party-integration/yoast-seo/
5. we have the ads widget for that, however you can use any 3rd party plugin as per your requirement that is compatible with our theme, we have not officially tested any specific 3rd party plugin so can not provide you with a solid recommendation.
6. I am afraid that is not a part of meta right now, the post will show the published date for now.

You can use an SVG logo file. You can use Adobe Illustrator/Corel draw (or any similar) and create a logo by typing and then save it as an SVG file. Please ensure you convert the SVG to curves and do not embed the font in the SVG file.
Avada can easily make use of SVG files to show the logo

where I can find more info about the presets i have to set in illustrator? I have export my logo three times with different presets but when I try to import to the media library says that “I’m sorry, this type of file is not allowed for security reasons.” Thank you!

Purchased this theme a while back for a client and ended up using a different theme. Just have the opportunity to use it and noticed the social icons in the header/footer show boxes on the home page, but show as they should on the other pages. Anybody have this issue. Really don’t want to have to pay for extended support for this issue. If you have, can you let me know how you resolved? Thanks in advance.

Please see if flushing your cache plugins / browser cache helps. If you have CDN enabled from your hosting site, asking your hosting company to disable that can help with this too. Please also test without a child theme / with extra plugins disabled besides our own plugins as those can cause issues too sometimes.

Hi how can I use the filters (shorturl.at/act23) for my product page and also how can I enable multiple pages (shorturl.at/CDKPS) for my products. Because at this point only 12 products show and there’s no way for the client to find other products than the 12 (home page products) showing on the home page!

The link takes me to a Chrome web store search page – I believe you’re referring to the filters in the sidebar? You can add the WooCommerce stock filter widgets for this from WP Dashboard → Appearance → Widgets page and they will work on the show page.

Hi,
The ordering boxes will show on the main WooCommerce Store page (you can specify any page as the main shop page from WooCommerce settings). And then enable the boxes from our Theme Options here:

The pagination should show automatically under your shop / category pages and you can control how many items to show per page by using the WooCommerce Number of Products per Page option under WP Dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → WooCommerce → General WooCommerce page.
It’s hard to say what might be off on your homepage without checking your settings – which I’m afraid we’re not able to check without valid support as that is required for hands on support.

I am not sure what you do mean by bottom here. However, the theme does not have features based on user roles. This would need an additional plugin or custom code.

I see there was an issue with theme options saving. Version 6.2.2 – March 11th, 2020- FIXED: WPML / PolyLang “All languages” saving of Theme Options not working - however I’m still having an issue. The site was fine, but now the German version is showing different theme settings. I went through, fixed it, saved, and it is still showing as different settings, including the generic “avada” theme logo at top. They should both have the same theme settings, but for some reason the German version isn’t working.

Hi there,
There are issue on the Fusion Builder plugin. When I enable it, there would be 500 Internal Server Error occurring. The error log shows “mod_hive client reached the maximum connections(7) per URI …/public_html/wp-login.php for 10 seconds”
I’m pretty sure that the Fusion Builder plugin causes 500 Internal Server Error. When I enable all plugins including the Fusion Core except the Fusion Builder, the site works fine
By the way, I reinstall the theme and the plugins with the latest version, and the 500 Internal Server Error still occurs due to the Fusion Builder plugin.
