WHAT’S WRONG WITH IT AND HOW DO I FIX IT? PLEASE HELP THIS IS URGENT!!

I really need some assistance, the theme worked before and now all of a sudden it doesn’t. I’ve tried updating to the latest version of theme, i’ve updated to latest wordpress, im running PHP 7.4 and memory limit is 128. Yet website is still down and my client is losing money for every day it’s down! I bought the theme years ago and so i no longer have support to create a post in the forums (and I dont see why I should have to purchase again when the theme of some nature is faulty), i really need some assistance asap!

Thanks! I tried to create a child theme to use a fresh functions.php file, but it seems all the theme settings didn’t carry over. What is recommended way to create child theme so that the site doesn’t reset? Do I need to export / import settings, or can Enfold automatically detect theme settings of parent theme and use those? Please advise thanks.

You can simply choose a pre-defined size for your images – https://imgur.com/a/U8a16f1 and they would display in same size.

Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase PHP memory limit from 128M to 256M? Also, please update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.4 and make sure you do not have any HTML errors in case you have custom HTML in your page.
