i update everything and now i have this critical error

yes, i just desactivate and delete the pluging and my site seems to work again cause i tried several times but i had a warning and the Wordpress got into recovery mode, i couldn’t fix it on a diferent way…

I purchased the theme on Oct 4, then applied for inclusion in your Support portal. You said a password is on the way to my mailbox. None came. I then sent email to codeless.sol@gmail.com requesting the same. I know you’ve opened my email, BUT even after almost 2 days, you did not respond to my email, nor have you sent me the password. The issue is still NOT resolved. I still don’t have the PW to access support, which I’m legally entitled to after purchasing the theme. I’ve mentioned I haven’t received your email and the reason is likely that there is some problem with receiving emails as it is associated with my GSuite a/c. This is why I requested you to send the PW to my email address associated with Envato.. Y’day I received a promo email from you from newsletter@codeless.co to my email address with Envato. The single products are pre configured you cant edit them with visual composer. The layouts can be edited in the live customizer.

but even live customizer can’t change the product page elements, I can just add or remove the contents above or below of product page but I can’t edit product page? Am i right? For example! I want to change the location of product breadcrumbs, add to cart button, image location etc, but with my choice. Can I? Or I just have to use your pre configured styles?

It just sits on the install screen forever. I just want a refund. I don’t want to do all this complicated stuff. I bought this because it said it would be an easy install.
