Already done that but now it’s saying I need to deregister purchase from previous site. I dint’ use it eventually due to errors which I believe has been fixed. I want to use it on my subdomain to customize and fix all before redirecting to main site. Can you help work on this?

hi, every time I install demo data i find duplicaton of email templates and the system doesn’t send e-mail. I’ve totally deleted wordpress files and database several times. I’ve installed demo data ONLY ONE TIME, but I always find duplicated email templates. I realy don’t how to solve this

As the theme is set, the payment will be checked only by the site manager, if he has actually paid the customer, because it is the only associated PayPal account. If 10 restaurants have entered, the site operator cannot keep up with the payments for each order if it has been successful. It must be ensured that if a customer has really paid with PayPal, the restaurant owner can change the status of the order.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong? when I upload the theme all buttons are fine except the login button that doesnt popup, the link just change to #user-register but nothing happens. Thank you in advance

hello im getting a cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds when trying to instal the plugins that come from your page, tried a manual upload by downloading the plugins and inserting manualy, but after that i get same error on the demo import regarding the API
Hi @ carinasantos This seems to be a problem with your server configuration, and that will most likely happen when trying to install plugins through your WordPress dashboard. You are directed to contact your hosting to resolve issue with CURL to install plugins remotely.
- curl timeout on your server should be above 10,000 milliseconds to avoid any trouble while working with demo data.

everything is normal on the dashboard, the woocoomerce and locotranslate plugins also come via curl and they install, the only ones that dont are the ones that come from http://chimpgroup.com/wp-demo/download-plugin/foodbakery/.....
No these are not remote from the server but from the direct API of their own plugins. all the php.ini configurations are ok, the issue is, ive already installed everything before in the current server, everything worked ok, no configurations have been altered in the server, i just had to reinstal worpress and the theme and now i have this issue, seems like my server doesnt like to connect to you, here is an example https://prnt.sc/sjneza, im not running a pre configured hosting, i have a vps

hi the system doesn’t send any email notification, my smtp configuration is correct (i’ve checked it with provider support) infact it works well with Easy Wp Smtp but it doesn’t with the theme smtp system…

There are only 22 email templates by defaukt, make sure you wont try to import demo multiple times on 1 domain link otherwise it will duplciate all temnplates and make issues.
If your email templates are more than 22 than you have to reset your current database and install demo again with new database by importing only 1 time.

2. delete calendar
3. change the status of orders from the wordpress admin area or the ability to bind one mail to all restaurants, so that there you can track all orders and change their status

initially everything was fine with import demo data. as I said in the 2nd question or problem the registration did not work and I could not get into my personal account not as a buyer, not as a restaurateur. He even put a demo input and nothing helped. I decided to demolish everything and re-install.

are needed plugin for the translations? loco translate? wpml? polylang or the translation system is included inside the plugin?
