Where can you find the Kreativa 6.0 download link?
Hi,
Downloading the theme from themeforest will always be the latest version.
Here’s how to download the zip file. In Options 1 https://envato.com/blog/install-themeforest-wordpress-theme/Option 3 can be used to install as well as update the theme using Envato Market plugin. You can do so by authenticating it and does not require downloading the zip. The plugin will download and update the theme for you.
Let us know through theme support if there’s any problems. You can still register.

Hi, This theme has been great for my client for a long time. The last update something fell apart. I can’t click on anything (if I want to add images to fullscreen galleries, for example), or switch the type of gallery. Also images aren’t showing up at all in fullscreen galleries.
The files are all up-to-date and I’m using the latest version of PHP. Is this common from the last update? Thanks for any guidance – I don’t want to buy support again since I’m pretty confident with the theme. I’m just curious if this is prevalent. Love it though when it’s working!

Sorry to hear about the trouble.
If you updated WordPress to 5.5 without updating the theme then it can cause JavaScript errors. Simply updating the theme should get everything working.
The correct procedure is to update the theme and update the plugins in notice first before updating WordPress to 5.5. Sometimes the host auto updates WordPress. In this case you can update the theme to latest to get everything synced to the changes WordPress 5.5 has made.
You can update the theme using https://envato.com/market-plugin/
If you google you’ll see results on WordPress 5.5 which had a large effect on themes and plugins. The updated Kreativa theme is fully compatible with WordPress 5.5
If you updated the theme then also do make sure all the plugins in the notice are update as well. This is an important step. The theme update includes bundled plugin updates as well.
You’ll see all available updates related to the theme in wp-admin > Appearance > Install plugins
That option will only be available if there are plugins that require updating or installing.
The latest theme version is Kreativa 6.0
If it still causes problems then it could be related to a third party plugin you have which is causing it. You can check on those to see if all your third party plugins are WordPress 5.5 compatible.
If it still can’t be resolved then let us know through theme support. You can still register and we’ll help resolve this for you.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. What is happening now is due to upgrading of WordPress to 5.5 without upgrading the theme.
You can upgrade the theme to latest which will also recommend installing this plugin. You can install the plugin manually as well after upgrading the theme.
The recommended plugins to update will be in notice. You’ll find all of them in wp-admin > Appearance > Install plugins.
Could you try this and let us know through theme support if you have problems.

Tks for the quick reply… had heard that a number of plugins and themes were broken by now deprecated functions in the jQuery JavaScript library. What is your current version… Envento doesn’t seem to maintain a complete changelog on Kreativa.
Hi, Yes, WordPress 5.5 has made many changes. We have made an update to Kreativa to use the jquery migrate plugin to work with WordPress 5.5. We’ll be making updates to get it working with WordPress 5.5 without that plugin within the coming days.
Kreativa is at version 5.0.
Our two most recent themes Kordex and Blacksilver will work with WordPress 5.5 without the migrate plugin.

We have a company that specializes in selling gemstones .. We want a website that displays pictures similar to Instagram and visitors can click on the like button that appears on the image and they can also leave a comment on it .. Can we do this via your theme ? Also Can you help us to add RTL Support to your theme?

We do have galleries with like buttons, but the comments will work in single posts. Could you check the demo to see if the theme has the features you require.
Currently RTL isn’t there and not something we can add through theme support.

Your theme is very beautiful, but it will look more beautiful and will achieve more sales when the comment option is provided next to the like button, whether in the photo gallery, products, or even the portfolio .. Also, why you not think seriously about adding RTL ?! ..
The absence of this feature makes you lose a lot of Customer ..
Also there are other options that can be added next to it that will make your theme special such as showing the number of views of the image and the reviews next to the number of likes and the number of comments

Sorry, not sure we can promise as it will be a major change. Might likely require changing some of the slideshow as they don’t work well with rtl changes that affect offset.

Hello. I’ve some doubts or even bugs to report.
I’m using WPML to have multiple translations with your theme, however I’m facing some issues to translate the following.
:: Footer :: All that I add to the footer (with theme options) are not available to translate with WPML “string translation”.
:: Events :: All “Event Status” messages are also not available to translate.
:: Custom slugs :: All slugs that we can custom with theme options are available under WPML “string translation”, as “URL slug: mtheme_events”, but without any result in the final URL (even after rebuilding wordpress permalinks). We still have the original slug in English.
Finally, if we add to the footer (theme options) something like:
a title=”this is my title” href=”https://www.website.com/” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener”>website
The final result will be
a title=”this is my title” href=”https://www.website.com/”>website
(above, initial < and final /a are were not added intentionally to show full code – otherwise, a link will be displayed)
The attributes “target” and “rel” are not kept after saving theme options.
I can fix everything using PHP, WPML hooks and some jquery, but I think that it will be much easier if the theme can do it directly.

Nice. Thanks. Have 3 more seemingly obvious questions: The page, https://imaginem.io/kreativa/types/videos/, is a template that can be directly linked to via the menu? The page, https://imaginem.io/kreativa/project/vivamus-suscipit/, can take up more vertical space? It can have more content? Is it possible to constrain the size of an image in https://imaginem.io/kreativa/project/vivamus-suscipit/ so that images do not fill the entire size of the window?

You can add any link to the menu. Menu support adding custom links so you can simply type in the text and provide the link. If it is a valid link it will load the page.
It’s created using the pagbuilder. So you can add more content to it or change completely with something else.
You can have the images fill pagewide. It doesn’t fill the entire browser window as page contents are displayed within the page.

Hi! I bought this theme about one year ago, but I’m implementing it just now.
I see that you use old Instagram API to show images just before footer. This API will be disable on the 29th of June, 2020 (https://www.instagram.com/developer/) and should be replaced by Instagram Graph API. This means that, if we are using theme Instagram bar with old API, no pictures will be shown very soon.
Do you have plans to fix this or you recommend to use another plugin to replace this theme featured?

Hi, Yes we are rolling out updates for the theme to use the New Instagram API authentication. It should be available for Kreativa theme with 24-48hrs.

You can update the theme to latest to get the New Instagram API to work.
1. Update the theme. You can easily do so using Envato Market plugin
2. After updating make sure to update all the plugins in notice. You can update from the notice or goto wp-admin > Appearance > Install Plugins
3. There’s an additional plugin called Smash balloon social photo feed which is in notice. Install and activate it. You can authenticate your instagram account using this plugin. Instagram now requires plugin and app based authentication.
4. After authenticating simply use the theme options to have the animated instagram images as seen in demo.
If you don’t see any change then delete browser cache and reload the page to check. If you have a caching plugin then do purge cache as well.
Let us know through theme support if there’s any problem through theme support.

Hi There, I am considering purchasing your theme, however, I have a query regarding the footer on the theme. You have the bottom footer which contains the copyright, but the top footer which currently contains the instagram gallery, is there an option to remove that entirely or replace it with a more conventional footer which has columns where you can place links and contact details?!

You can remove the instagram through theme options. Currently it doesn’t support a column based footer though. You can add contact details to the vertical menu footer http://kreativa.imaginem.co/

If you want to translate the theme to a single language then you can use the .po file located in the /languages/ folder.
Translating to a single language requires the standard translation method for any theme. You’ll need to change WordPress language to the required language. Next localize the .po using a PO Editor and save it as the language extension.

Hi!
I purchased this theme last year and didn’t use it by now when I have to put the website online. I cannot find the favicon. Can you help me with this? It’s not specified in documentation. I know my support has expired but can you please at least guide me where I can find the answer to my question or the favicon? I have to change it and it’s the single thing I have to do, I can’t find it and I’m going a little bit crazy.

Hi there. Is it possible to add Page Builder content below one of the homepage types?
I wanted to create a page that has the Fotorama Fill gallery (http://kreativa.imaginem.co/fullscreen/fotorama-fill/?theme_style=light&menu_type=horizontal) at the top of the page, and then just below that some extra static content created with the page builder. Is that possible?

The fullscreen posts are non-scrollable and made specially for images. They aren’t scrollable like the normal pages.
However you can use revolution slider to create slideshows and add them inside normal pages. This method can be used to display large slideshows within content.

Hi, The instagram section is not a pagebuilder block. It’s activated to the footer through theme options.

Hey, two questions: 1. Is there a gallery style like Masonry Portfolio? 2. Vertical Menu (Dark) style. On mobile when large menu is expanded, i.e. Galleries, and I scroll down on Chrome, whole menu disappears. This is because when Chrome URL bar becomes hidden, menu for some reason gets desellected. The same happens when Chrome URL bar is hidden and I’m scrolling up. Can this be fixed?
