On the homepage of Kreativa how do you edit or add text where the All rights reserved, copyright text is at? Thanks

I just updated to WP 5.8 and now the thumbnail images on my homepage with the Photowall will not load. Please help.

This is likely related to keeping the theme old while upgrading WordPress without upgrading the theme. WordPress updates come with many changes so the theme upgrade is also required.

After upgrading the theme ensure to upgrade all the plugins in notice. You can find those in wp-admin > Appearance > Install Plugins.

And if you use any caching plugins purge cache as last steps.

You can upgrade the theme using Envato Market plugin described in option 3 of following link https://envato.com/blog/install-themeforest-wordpress-theme/

we need to replace the “+” symbol at vertical menu with a – symbol so that you have to click on minus to close it. When the menu is closed we need a burger symbol (three stripes) instead of the “-” symbol at the moment.

How/where can we change these symbols?

I am interested in this theme to see if I can use it for my personal performing website. I am not a photographer, but this theme seems to have included many things I like. Is there some trial period that comes with the purchase, in case in the end it is not a good fit for my needs? Some specific questions I had were regarding the events manager: Is it possible to have for one event, multiple days in a range for this event? For example, with how I will use it, a show will have it’s opening night and then 8 shows within a range of two months: can this show up as one event, with multiple dates? Or must I insert it for each performance day? Also, does the events calendar come with an actual monthly-calendar view, instead of just a list of the events? Thank you!

Hi, Thank you for taking interest in purchasing the theme. Sadly there is no method for us to provide it as a trial. If you can check the theme demo to see if it has all the features you require. All features in the theme will be available with it without the need to purchase anything else. The events posts in the theme does not dynamically generate based on a calendar. For this you might need a plugin based events manager. How it works in the theme is you can create events posts to display information about a particular event. So you can include all the information in it such as the number of days the event it active if it isn’t applicable for a range. This way visitors can get the information from the events posts. Hi, You can create categories for Events. So in addition to marking it as cancelled you can add those to your own category terms. So you can create categories such as Cancelled and Postponed and add the events to them to list them dynamically.

Hi, I have a webpage, created with a purchased Kreativa theme but have a problem now, the photos do not show up. Additionally, if I want to create for example a new page, the “upload images” button does not react – no photos can be uploaded. Thank you in advance!

Good day, I did an updated my theme to the latest version, however i am experiencing problems when editing the website. Hello. I updated WP to 5.6 and images, fullscreen pages, blog post don’t work anymore. I updated the theme, PHP and plugins to latest versions. The problem remains. I’m very disspoainted. I worked very hard at this site. Now it’s useless.

Is your theme compatible with WordPress 5.6 ? I installed Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and i received some alerts : jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated / jQuery.fn.live() is deprecated from kreativa/js/common.js.

It’s fully compatible with WordPress 5.6. You’ll need to update the theme to latest and update the plugins in notice. The plugins in notice will also be seen in wp-admin > Appearance > Install plugins.

After updating to latest version .. Theme plugin named “iMaginem Widget Set r9” is causing trouble in backend as if this plugin is activated, both Appearance>Theme Options and Appearance>Customization features won’t load. Disabling “iMaginem Widget Set r9” solves the problem but theme keeps asking to enable it … Using PHP 7.3 on Litespeed.

Since the 5.5.1 update, my site do not work anymore. I mean, nothing works properly (menu, carrusel, customisation, save, publication, etc…) The theme seems not compatible at all with this new version.

Wanted to contact the support but licence seems expired. But in fact, I do not need support, I only need my purchased product to work properly, like before WP update..

I have to say, before updating my WP, I checked the compatibility on your website and it CLEARY says that the theme is compatible with the new 5.5.1 WP version. Which is not.

So please, if someone can assist me or simply give me a quick feedback on this issue. Should I wait your next update or did it run already ?

How do I remove the imported demo?

Hi,

There’s no automated deletion in the theme and neither is one available in WordPress.

You can use a plugin to bulk delete. There’s choices in WordPress that let’s you delete posts in batches as well.

This is good for security where you can deactivate bulk delete plugins once it is done.

Hi there, my Wordpress install happened before my theme. I found this thread, and downloaded the plugin. I was unable to update the theme via the evnato-market plugin (I am guessing because of the broken javascript on my site). I then manually downloaded the theme update, and uploaded the folder via FTP. My site is still broken. I just renewed my support. I am running a child theme, and my site is at: https://ajenns.com

The theme doesn’t need jQuery migrate plugin. It’s fully compatible with WordPress 5.5+

If you updated WordPress while keeping the theme in the old state then just to update the theme you can use the jQuery migrate plugin. After updating you can switch it off.

We don’t see any errors on our checks now. From the page source it looks like your page is a cached output. When using cache you’ll need to purge cache on changes. Otherwise it may display you from the old cached set.

Browsers no longer autoplay videos with audio which is restricted. These rules are set from browser level and can’t be over-ridden from the theme.

Downloading the theme from themeforest will always be the latest version.

Here’s how to download the zip file. In Options 1 https://envato.com/blog/install-themeforest-wordpress-theme/

Option 3 can be used to install as well as update the theme using Envato Market plugin. You can do so by authenticating it and does not require downloading the zip. The plugin will download and update the theme for you.
