Hi i have problem with responsive issue when i browse my mobile menu not working how can i resolve it? i don’t do any think with code or something just update it?

I would recommend that you try disabling any 3rd party plugins (except for Automotive Listings, WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution), and disable any caching/minifying services you may have installed. Also make sure you have assigned a mobile menu assigned under Appearance >> Menus. If none of those things fix the problem please open up a Support Ticket including temporary wp-admin and FTP logins so we can debug the problem. Thanks! :)

Can we use the Add-On Extensions on different theme Or it works only on this theme?

The Add-On Extensions work with our Automotive Listings plugin which is licensed through our Automotive theme, so you would require an Automotive theme license to use the Automotive Listings plugin, and then you would be able to use the Add-On Extensions as well as use a different theme. Please also note that the theme support does not cover compatibility issues that may arise with different themes.

i would like to custumize the pdf brochure, bigger pictures, font size, etc. Is it possible?

Yes, you would need to customize the wp-content/plugins/automotive/js/listing.js file, starting at around line 2471.

Its a good theme…I am having issue contacting support because my support is run out but for some reason the URL path for me to be able to register the theme correctly to receive updates is incorrect…its mydomain.com/dev … need to change it to just my domain. Where can I send my license code and correct URL for you to change this?

Hello, After the recent update. The flipcard is not displaying on mobile and mobile menu is not clickable. I tried to visit support.themesuit but its also forbidden. I was unable to update the 11.9.3 so i downloaded and updated manually. After that the problem is still there. the flipcards are not displaying on mobile. Can you please tell me from where i can download the automative listing old version.. it seems there is a problem if i disable automatic listing the flitpcard shortcode shows on mobile but when its enable. its not.

I’ve owned this theme for years, but for some reason when I try to activate the theme for automatic updates it says my purchase code is used already and I can’t find anywhere to make it “un-used”? Why won’t it let me auto update the theme?

You can edit the logo size under Theme Options >> Header Settings >> Logo Image Control or if you are using the text version of the logo you can change the sizes under Theme Options >> Custom Styling >> Top Logo Font. Yes, we are just finishing up an app for Android and iOS and it will be available shortly

We do not have an exact release date due to approvals for the app stores, but I can tell you are currently beta testing it and it is fully functioning. :)

Hello, I keep going in circles attempting to login to our account, but stating that we do not have support, when the theme was purchased 5 months ago. I am guessing because we have many purchases. Is there a support email address that i can use for direct contact to get this remedied?

Hello! I’m having really trouble with your theme (version 11.9.2 as well as the previuos one). The theme crashes our SQL Server.

After days of testing, it turned out that the listing shortcode is responsible for the problem. It was tested with two different hosters.

My support has already expired, but I am not willing to pay $ 58.63 for renew support if there is a bug in the theme.

How can I conntact you to discuss further?

Please send an email to support@themesuite.com with the errors you are receiving and temporary login information for wp-admin and FTP so we can determine the cause of the problem. Certainly if it is a bug in our software we will fix the problem regardless of your support status. If it is being caused by something else unrelated to our products then you will need to renew your support if you would like our assistance resolving.

We have confirmed that is was indeed not a bug in our product but a shortcode configuration problem on your end, we fixed it for you and tested it and it works fine now. We have emailed you the information and a screenshot of the problem.

There appears to be a bug in your theme whereby images inserted into posts using the Gutenberg editor have their HTML truncated in the blog index.

This causes the output HTML of the page to break, including pushing the sidebar to the bottom of the page as well as stretching subsequent posts to full width.

It happens when a Gutenberg image block is added at the point where the post is truncated and the ‘read more…’ link is generated.

Thanks for the link that helps, it is the same solution as our first reply – you just need to set an Excerpt for ‘Find your nearest scrap yard the EASY way’ (and probably some of your other posts)

That’s definitely a solution but I still think it’s a bug in the theme as the content of a post should not be able to break the layout/HTML of a page.

I’ll use your solution for the time being but I would expect to see functionality built in that generates a post preview properly, ensuring that HTML elements are not cut off mid-way.

Is that a bug fix you’d be able to offer as part of a future update?

Yes for sure, we will definitely have a look at it and see what we can do to improve it in an update and prevent this from happening.

Are there any plans to add compatibility with Elementor? We are a digital marketing agency that does dealership websites as other business websites. We love the automotive plugin and prefer it over other dealership plugins, but we use Elementor on all of our non-dealer websites and have come to prefer it over WPBakery. I have seen others asking about this on here, just wondering if your company has made a decision to pursue it or not. Thank you for your time and great product!

Thanks for the comments! We don’t have any plans in the immediate future, however I have added this to our list of Feature Requests that we consider implementing as we put out releases and updates. We will definitely have a look at it and consider it!

In order for us to troubleshoot it you will need to renew your support on ThemeForest and open a Support Ticket including temporary login details for WordPress and FTP. You need a license for each domain name you use the product on.

Yes, as long as they are on the same domain name you can install unlimited copies (ie your-domain.com/wordpress1/ your-domain.com/wordpress2/ etc) as long as it is part of the same end product / website. With all the features and plugins it seems to be a very big theme. How much server webspace is recommended?

What about the PHP Memory? What is your recommendation here? Are 128 MB enough for the theme and plugins?
