Hey guys, me again, sorry to be such a prick but even with the updated new version, theme does not work. I have Envato Market activated and working but it refuses to update to 2.9.0 and it still stays on version 2.8.6. I tried to manually upload the installable file for the new version but it refuses to do so too.
I also get the following message: Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.
Website admin panel open only in recovery mode and website itself is a blank white page.
Last time we exchanged messages you told me with the new update it all be fine. I know my support has expired but I am asking you to help me resolve this as I don’t see the reason why it won’t work properly and refuse to upload the new version.

Regarding the WPML, this plugin is not included in the theme package. You have to buy it separately if you want to use it.

I had added this theme on one of my website and I deleted the files now, I am re-trying to install this theme and activate on different URL but it says you have used it for different domain already. I need to revoke the license from my old domain and I need to have an option to use it on other website. So please help me with that. the website it says it’s registered to is www.edunia.com. Please revoke it and lemme know so that I could use it on my desired url.

Thanks so much for getting in touch. Regarding your question, in the current theme, you can use 1 license for 1 domain only. And you can change the domain when your support license is still valid. If your support license expires, you will not be able to change the domain in the Plazart Installation.

If you want to active the Live Update (automatic update), you will need a license which you get when you buy these plugins.

It says in plugins that version used at the moment is 5.4.8.3. I guess update of RS comes together with the theme update or am I wrong? What would you advise, delete the plugin and download and activate again? Thank in advance for your help!

Hi, we are having an issue with the update. Since we switched to 2.8.6, the TZ portfolio section (slick slider layout) on our home page has disappeared, it’s just a blank white space. The TZ portfolio section (grid layout) on internal pages is visible, but when we click the view more button it opens the lightbox but no image appears, just the text ‘The content could not be loaded’. We’re not able to post in your forum as our support period has ended, but as this error has been caused by the recent theme I’m hoping you can help us. Thanks.

bonjour, j’ai juste un probleme car j’ai un gros logo et lorsque je descend dans la page, le menu prend la moitié de la page sur ordinateur. The Sticky Post option is applied for the Post page only. It means that when you set a page to be Post page in Setting > Reading, the sticky post will at the top of the page. You can test this option with Default WordPress Theme as well.
