So I went to theme panel -> Ad -> then I did not know which section I need to add the code. I added the code in some of them to see if it works, but I still see the following instead of my google ad:

While using the search, the results being displayed are of random date (Ex: 1st result post 5th may, 2nd one 10th may, 3rd one 20 april ). How can i show results in descending order ?

Hi, I’m using Newspaper 8.0 actually as that time I had made lot’s of customization to our news portal theme, so upgrading it is quite troublesome. Is it possible to make the search function of v8.0 to display results in date descending order ?
Beside regarding the tagdiv forum, I don’t know why it gave me warning like the purchase code was already registered there while i never created account there , may be our previous freelancer who helped us in customizing it had registered using the key, so I’m unable to register now.

Please note that our theme displays the search results in descending order by default because the theme uses the default Wordpress functionality.

So like 2 days ago I was designing my site, the colors, etc. I had done the desktop design and looked good (it still does). However, I had also done the mobile version, and even though it was also like I desired, I few hours after a I had stopped designing it, all the colors changed. I went to my theme panel -> colors section -> mobile, and the colors were still the ones I had picked.
For example, anthem panel the mobile main menu bar is white. Also when you click search or the main menu button, the background gradient I had is a whiteish grey. Well even though it still shows that, the mobile menu bar is black, and when you click the buttons, the background gradient is like a blacking red (it isn’t even the default blueish gradient…).
Do you know what this might be?

Hello developers. First of all Thanks for such a Nice news/Magazine Theme. Seems to be working all good so far!
Im wondering if its possible to make two main things.
1) A post carousel from latest posts, or category based. Seems weird to me due to the many block options that a native carousel is not a part of it?
2) Is it possible to add a poll to the Pages or even in the articles? I think polls is a good engagement for readers at all.

1. The composer doesn’t have a post carousel at the moment, it has a slider https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/ and also the revolution slider plugin is bundled in the theme package. Maybe you could try a plugin through which a carousel could be added. Sorry for the inconvenience.
2. With a plugin that should be possible, the theme doesn’t have a poll element unfortunately. Try some plugins that can provide it.

I don’t know if this is happening to me alone. The theme slowed down my site considerably that I had to delete over 1800 images thinking it was the cause. I realized that after I removed those images, my site very slow. The mobile is okay. Wordpress support team showed me a couple of warnings from your plugins that could take down my site. I sent you a private email, for days, you didn’t reply. Why?

We have the issue when we try to save a the FOOTER in all cloud templates.
When I click on Tagdiv composer I have this error : Error at rows: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

How many websites can we use after buying this theme?

Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

I have been using this theme for many years now and it’s starting to lack the basics of its purpose. I have been asking for this feature for 4 years now. Please can we get some labelling feature implemented? This would be used to articles that is shown on the front page, articles, cat pages etc. People would use it for “breaking news” “updated” or whatever else they want to name labels. With a custom text colour and custom background. I asked for this many and many of times so I am wondering can this be done? It’s not a lot to ask for. There are other themes out there that have it and I am considering moving now. Take a look at this site for example. https://www.islandecho.co.uk/ you can see labels being used by the titles in articles and all over front homepages etc.

I believe you are referring to labels on modules. This is not yet available in the theme, but other features were added. We try to provide more featured with each update. Sorry to be a bit grumpy here, however, you have have said this every time I have requested it. Please can you treat it is a priority? This feature is important so we can show breaking news labels and updated labels etc. These features are needed. Most themes have this and it is a shame to see, still, that this has not been added.

I have problem with post sharing to facebook from wordpress site. https://www.zoraetapaw.com when ever i share post to facebook, the images from the post not sending to faebook. like when i click facebook share icon on the post the preview images fatch with the post but when i post it on facebook and look it on facebook the post/ post share not including images using demo themes, without using demo themes it works fine. From what I can see you are not loading the necessary og metas, these are required for sharing on most socials https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/webmasters/ We recommend the Yoast SEO plugin, it will add the og metas https://yoast.com/help/getting-open-graph-for-your-articles/ These metas are not loaded by the theme, each user can use their preferred method/plugin. That is usually happening due to caching. What caching method/plugin are you using? Is the issue solved if you temporarily deactivate it? Where possible we recommend the super cache plugin, with these settings https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ If that is not possible, maybe the caching you use has settings for using a mobile theme, you could check if it does, and activate them, then clear the cache and check again.
