Hi there As the error indicates, there is something wrong with the cURL library. It’s a server tool that we use to connect to our servers and template libraries. There are two possibilities here. One is that the cURL library itself is not correctly installed on your server or it’s misconfigured. Another is that our servers are blocked by a security plugin or firewall by your hosting company.
For either one, you need to contact your host provider and ask them for help. You need to make sure that your server can connect to our addresses: averta.net api.phlox.pro masterslider.com

Also what browser cache would you recommend to be most compatible with Phlox? I currently have WP Rocket (paid cache plugin), but I have been testing it and it breaks lots of things in the site (like images, slider, videos, etc).

I’m not sure about the problems with WP Rocket but we can investigate them if you could provide more specific details. But our plugin of choice is W3 Total Cache. It’s has all the features you want and is perfectly compatible with the Phlox theme.

Hi,
I have a problem with having a “white space” between header to content, and between content to footer.
I have browsed around the comments and found that there is an option in individual page’s “Page Options” > “Layout Options” > “Display Content Top Margin”. It works if I turn it to “No”.
First problem: No such option for header that can be changed globally? I want to have it all changed for all pages.
Second problem: there is no such option for Footer. I want the content end at footer seamlessly without any white space in between.

Hi, you can use it for only website and if you need to use it on 2 websites then you need to buy 2

Hi Unfortunately after updating the style of the website is getting weird. unfortunately my support has expired, but again I never contact support because it was never need it, but now I don’t know what to do can you please help?
After activating customizer everything looks ok, but as soon as I close the customizer the style is gone again.

We need to check from your admin area to be sure but from my experience, it seems that the styles of the Elementor are not applying to the page which in most cases can be fixed by making a small change on your page and update it. It will trigger the save function which will re-generate the files again.
If that’s not the case, then we can investigate for more details but I’m sure it’s nothing that can’t be fixed. Please follow-up on your ticket. We will continue to assist you there.

Hello. I am interested in purchasing your theme, but I have question first. Will I be able to import demo site/content, and update it using WPbakery page builder? I assumed this is standard feature for all themes using WPbakery, but I am finding out some themes do not allow this because their demo sites weren’t created using WPbakery. Please let me know. Hi, I am afraid not. We have removed all the WPbakery demos and all our demos are now using only Elementor and you need to use Elementor. we believe Elementor is so far better than WPbakery
