Please disable cache pluign, delete temp. file and cookies and refresh website page. It looks javascript conflict issue. Website content are compressed so I can’t check page builder and theme version. Please check all are update with latest version.

After Wordpress 5.5 update I have a problem with editing posts, pages and products. For example: When click on “Quick edit” nothing happened. When open a post, page or product for editing I can change only text, but can’t switch between “Visual” and “Text”. WP bakery page builder is not available. Yoast SEO shows nothing. I can’t edit product data (general, inventory, shipping, linked products, etc.) – when click on them nothing happened. I can’t add notes and so on. All themes and plugins are updated.
I mean everything that links to “#something” do nothing when click.

(1) update the current version with the latest theme version,
(2) update “Pre School shortcodes” plugin and
(3) delete temporary files, cookies, and purge cache.

All the jquery activities in wordpress backend malfunctioned with latest wordpress update (5.5). It get fixed when preschool shortcode plugin disabled.
But preschool shortcode plugin is required to run the theme.

We will update theme compatibility with WordPress version 5.5 in next udpate. You can try below solution to fix the issue.
1. Activate “Pre School Shortcodes” plugin.
2. Go to Admin > Plugins > Plugin Editor > Select “Pre School Shortcodes” from top right side dropdown menu
3. Click on “shortcodes” folder from right sidebar
4. Click on “tinymce” folder
5. Click on “js” folder
6. Click on “popup.js” file.
7. Add below code in the beginning of the code.

One click demo has minimum required pages so shop pages are not included with the theme. You can import with sample csv file.

When you complete woocommerce content import, go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > “Settings” – This page has set shop page column, layout and many other options to customize shop pages.
In WooCommerce you must declare your “shop” page which will be used to display your recent products but also used in the theme’s breadcrumbs trail. To define your page you first need to create a standard page (if you haven’t done so yet) then go to WooCommerce > Settings then click on the “Products” tab then on the “Display” sub-tab where you will find the dropdown option.

It looks slider revolution doesn’t install properly and corrupted. Please delete “revslider” folder from ftp/cpanel and re-install from admin to fix this error.

I would like to run the plugin Easy Fancybox with the KidsWorld theme. The problem is that with image galleries both the theme’s lightbox and the Easy Fancybox lightbox open simultaneously. Is there a way to disable the theme lightbox on galleries so that Easy Fancybox can open a lightbox instead?

Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Edit Menu > Select “Top Navigation” from “Select a menu to edit:” dropdown and then go to main links tab like Home, Pages.

Click on any icon on this site page and copy icon html code

One click demo has all required minimum pages demo content. If you want to import a full demo then you have to use XML file. We didn’t add all pages because it requires a huge time and creating a lot of issues for slow internet speed buyers. XML file is added in main downloaded zip file > ”demo-Files” folder > ”demo-XML” folder. Please install and activate WooCommerce plugin before importing XML file data.
