Hi, I have a problem with the AVADA typography. It doesn’t keep the choice. I have to connect to my backoffice and go to AVADA options > Body Typography to save it and only then the Typo is correct. Any explanation ? Thanks

I am having some problems with one of the sites developed with your theme: 1 – Is Avada already compatible with Wordpress 5.4.1? (I noticed now that in Envato Market it only appears until 5.3.x) 2 – Is Avada compatible with WooCommerce 4.1.1? (I noticed now that in Envato Market it only appears until WooCommerce 4.0.x) WooCommerce says I have outdated templates and I don’t understand why. This site did not have an online store, so I just installed WooCommerce.

Avada is 100% compatible with the WordPress 5.4.1 and also its 100% compatible with WooCommerce 4.1.1 and the only reason you do not see it listed is because it has not been updated on the panel yet, but there should be no issues at all for you using Avada with both, I see you have a valid support so if you are facing any issues please simply open a support ticket with our team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I’d recommend first creating a full backup of your site’s files/database.
Since you’re coming from Avada < 3.9, you’d need to update to Avada 3.9.4 first and then Avada 4.0.3 and finally to Avada 6.2.3 (latest). You can download Avada 3 and 4 version from the below page (the download buttons will show only after you login to our support website there)

Presale question. There is way to add on any of my page, an element which shows specific products or a product category? If yes, am I able to set the style of this (grid/list view)? The view is the same of woocommerce archive/category pages or I can change it for every section with fusion builder?

From Avada’s side, we offer a WooCommerce carousel element that you can insert on any page.
For inserting products/categories, you can use the stock WooCommerce shortcodes on any page e.g in a Text Block. You can check their layout/columns etc and other details on their doc page here.
From the theme options area, we only offer global styling options that you can adjust under Theme options. This includes a modern and classic styling/theme for WooCommerce components as well as additional options e.g. setting either the list or grid view as default; for details please see our documentation page.

You can use FTP/File Manager to delete the fusion-core and fusion-builder plugin folders under /wp-content/plugins/ area. If you’re not on Avada 6.2.3 you can update Avada as guided below – and then reinstall them from WP Dashboard → Avada → Plugins page.

i have found 2 bugs in this theme that are incredibly painful.
1. post slider Exerpt Title font colour is the same as the background making it almost impossible to see or read. Even resetting the theme back to factory defaults in theme options makes no difference…its a huge screwup from the developers that i have wasted hours trying to find a workaround…essentially the post slider is non functional because of this!
2. The Post slider title (which is not visible for the above reason) is not responsive on a mobile device. this means that when a user views the post slider from a column on a page, the almost invisible header pushes all of the exerpt text down…so you just get a semi transparent back area over the background. Its absolutely useless!

Both of these are manual settings which can be changed from your theme options so something is definitely not right there.
You can change the color of your headers from Typography options in our theme since header colors are controlled globally.

Hi Ammar, I already have the responsive option checked in theme options. In terms of the post slider, i have already tried changing all of the Heading options such that none of the headings in theme options are black (all set to white). it made zero difference. Finally, in terms of the responsive issue on mobile phones…the post slider isnt responsive even on your own website when i view it from samsumg galaxy note 9 (in portrait). The heading is cutoff and exerpt pushed down…the heading clearly isnt resizing correctly even on your own site. I will try again to reset H2 in theme options tomorrow. I have wasted almost 6 hours on this now and got no where.
Is there a custom css i can add that will over ride this for post slider title? That would be by far the easiest solution.
I can easily get this to work in chrome browser>inspect element…no problem at all to find the Post Slider Title and change its color there…but no where else works.
I am running the latest version of Avada

Could you link us to the specific page on our demo where you see the issue on the Galaxy and a screenshot of the issue area?
For now, you can add this CSS to your Theme Options → Custom CSS to adjust the colour/size independently for your Post Slider element.

I have long bought the Avada theme. Now installed on the site. Weeks passed and Laerslider stopped working. He asks for a key from me. It is incomprehensible to me to take it because the product is included in the theme. Although limited.

Your API is not tied to a specific token but rather to number of tokens you have vs the number of theme purchases you have. If you are unsure about a site, you can regenrate tokens and add them back to you Avada site and then keep a note of it via your support account page, Screenshot here

You can use shortcodes within our megamenu if you use a Widget inside the megamenu e.g. add your shortcode in a Text or HTML widget and display that inside our megamenu. For details please see our megamenu guide.
For the regular menus, we don’t have a feature like that from theme side but you can use 3rd party plugins like this one and see if they work for you.

The latest version of Avada already supports wp 5.4.x and there should be no issues for you, the only reason its not listed here is because that version is not available to be listed but it doesn’t mean that you can not use Avada with the latest version of WordPress. You should have no issues at all

Hi team, I am interested in purchasing Avada, it just looks awesome. But I have one question first as I have seen a header feature that I love on another Theme and I would like to know if it will be possible to create the same effect with Avada.
I have looked at all the Avada header options, they are close but it is still not as ‘wahoo’ as the other Theme.
So I am wondering if it is possible as maybe there is not all the header possibilities right now or will it be possible later.
I haven’t put the name of the other Theme to avoid problems, but how can I communicate this information with you guys to help you answer my question?

We are not sure what effect are you referring to. Also, we will be coming with an option to create custom header layouts in version 7 and the user can any permutation combination to create a layout

Thank you for the link, I did look at over 15 of your demo earlier this month. The effect I’m speaking about allow us to put a logo/icon at the centre of the header on a square of a different colour and to have this logo going down over the edge a little… do see what I mean?

I’m afraid we haven’t officially tested Elementor with Avada as its a 3rd party plugin.
We do have our own Fusion Builder page-builder bundled for free with Avada. We recommend using that as it offers similar drag and drop editing functionality.

Hi, Can you please add Microsoft Teams icon link to Person element? Skype for Business is phasing out for Microsoft Teams, and lot of businesses and government agencies are already using Teams. Right now, there is only icon link for Skype. Do you already have timeline for this update?
